I'm 2024 there shouldn't still be racial profiling. Everyone's money spends the same.
Manager has every opportunity to come speak to us but instead had her employees follow us around, staying a few feet away but not offering any assistance.
Only one employee spoke to us and I made that happen by asking a question.
Shame on this company for allowing their store to be ran in thisanner unless of course it has come.from.thw head down.
Hobby Lobby is definitely the better choice to support locally.
Will not return.

How hard is it to answer the freaking phone and change your hours on google and Facebook to the hours you just choose to post up on your door on a piece of printer paper. I drove almost two hours to come and pickup my order after already paying for it only to find that they were closed an hour early. Make your hours known for everyone. Google still says 9pm and so does Facebook. The least you could do is answer the phone when I try calling several hours in advance, multiple different times leaving some time in between in case there was someone else on the line, to make sure I could still come and get my order. I have spent tons of money at this location and have loved it until now. This is ridiculous and I will not be back until there is improvements.

I've been sewing for a long time but always got my fabric second hand or ordered it online. I ended up travelling about an hour to get to here and it was a wonderful experience being able to finally feel the fabrics before I buy it - and you actually know if the amount of fabric will be in multiple cuts or just one before you buy it. They have remnants for cheap as well, and it's a very nice and clean location. Next time I go out this way I will be stopping again - be sure to use your coupons and look for sales, because I saved a LOT of money with coupons and shopping the sales, as well as looking at the remnants rack!

First of all, I traveled for 1 hour to go to this particular location since it was the closest one to my town. I went because a friend of mine is going to make me a quilt and I needed to pick out the fabric. I've never picked out fabric before as this is a new experience for me. I was directed to the cutting area of the store. After standing there for a minute, I was finally greeted by a gentleman behind the counter. I explained everything to him, and he hurriedly ushered me to the fabrics area, ran through the different ones, and then he left me standing there. I was dumbfounded!! I didn't know what to do or what to choose. He didn't even TRY to help me. I'm a newbie. This is my 1st time in a fabric store, and I'm absolutely lost. I felt like crying. I just walked around, and a CUSTOMER saw me just wandering around and offered to help me!! I pick out my fabrics and hesitantly returned to the cutting area, praying he's not there. Well, I got my wish. I asked the older woman, who assisted me with cutting the fabrics, who he was, and she said his name is Jesse and he is the MANAGER!! I about choked!! A manager treated a customer like that?!? Not to mention, a NEW customer at that! I was appalled at the way he treated me. Needless to say, he ruined my 1st time experience at a 1st time quilt, and I will NEVER GO BACK!!
