Mr Ron help us find pant for my husband over weekend. He so kind helpful and he knew all the different fits told us the athletic fit is best for what we look for. My husband said he finally found pant that didn’t fit so tight so we went a few day later to get him some more. He even walk to register with us told us to download the app to see our rewards and coupon and made sure we had everything we need. It refreshing to see people working who help you like good days of shoping way back. The cashier was friendly to and Me Ron told us thank you hope see us soon and he even complimented the cashier on how well he was doing. Best experience we had at Pennys in quite sometime. Thank you

Never answer the phone. Package was supposed to be in on the 5th. Still no email. So I called and called to see if it’s there but no one answered! Poor service!!!

This is not an upscale store, which is fine. The prices are good, and we found just the size we needed in the Levi's jeans. The wait for checkout wasn't too long, considering they clerks had to help someone that needed more attention on her order. The checkout clerk we had was warm and caring, making us feel very welcomed.

JCPenneys just isn't the same anymore. Quality has gone way done and prices have gone way up. I have giftcards but couldn't find anything worthwhile to buy. Probably will give them away.

Love the Shaq line of clothing. If you need big and tall or big and short clothes this is the place to go. I am pretty short for my weight and I can buy great clothes here

We were here to find a prom dress for my daughter. While she was trying dresses on in the nearby dressing room there was a young black man that was working in the area, folding clothes and putting things away. Every so often he would step into the dressing room hallway, which I didn't care for because occasionally my daughter would stop out and ask for assistance getting zipped up. To top it off this worker had wires from his phone to his ear to play music and had his pants hanging down so we could see his underwear! At work!!!! This may be acceptable in private, but most companies have a dress code.
