I use to love this place and I have spent so much money here over the years. I don't know what has happened but these new people that are working are so rude. Went to pick up charms for my daughter and got cut off talking and then when I went to pick it up from being attached they just handed me a clear pouch with bracelet in it. Like can I have a box and a bag for the $300 bracelet!

The employees @ James Avery are all very nice . They show you the different bracelets. There are many charms that are in glass show cases. The ladies just let you look around until you find what you are looking for. I just got my charm bracelet & I got four charms since then. It is very addicting. I have also found the web sight sometime there are many charms. Some of them are sold. Online the even some gold charms. It's so much to see you have see it for yourself. The prices vary.

I went in yesterday and was greated by a female associate that was not very friendly at all like she didn’t want to be there. I even asked is she was mad about something and he reply was NO!!! Won’t be making another visit to that store. I’ll either go to humble Tx or Lafayette Louisiana
