Not sure about negative comments. I swept my trailer before coming, and they accepted my trailer the 1st time. After I got checked in, less than 20 mins loading and out the gate.

If you ever come here have your trailer washed and 100% dry to get loaded, they are very picky.Better if you don't waste your time here

Not sure of all the negative comments but I actually had a good experience. Was taken 2 hours earlier than my appointment. Immediately received a dock door. My trailer was already clean, but they will allow you to sweep out any debris because it does have to be clean and with a wash out; no smell/odors/leftover particles. Was loaded and received paperwork within 1 hour and a half. Plenty of space to maneuver. No overnight parking.

Left 1 star just to leave a comment. This place is a joke. They rejected my trailer because it has a mesh shoot. It's not torn or ripped. The trailer is 3 years old. Had it washed out before coming here.

All these employees wait on is for the clock to strike go home time. Only truck here have been waiting for them to get me in a door. Has been over an hour now. Why are they even open, stay home if you can’t do your job. Sorry i have to give 1 star but there is no 0.

SLOW!!!! They will burn up your clock. Literally looks like they are moving in slow motion. Expect 4 to 6 hours to get loaded.

I cleaned my trailer out twice and it wasn't good enough for them. It had tiny peices of dust and splinters off of pallets that were impossible to get out with a broom.I had to drive 62 miles one way to get my trailer washed out then back 62 miles.I had to get them to rinse my trailer out a second time just so hopefully my trailer isn't rejected in the morning. Of course they are closed and I have to wait until in the morning to load. The pics are of my trailer after I cleaned it out with my broom and he rejected it.

Plenty of overnight parking on the side street by the gated entrance. Checked in at my 8am appointment and was out by 9am. Make sure your trailer is clean and slid your wheels to the rear. You have to sit inside the break room while they load u or drop your trailer if you choose to stay in your truck.
