Salesmen Mark was amazing, let us shop but stayed close for questions.The guys outside wrapped and loaded our truck quickly even went the extra mile helping us with our tarp. Thanks guys, we will be back.

Went in to make a selection on a sectional I previously viewed. Mark was the sales person I spoke with, he told me the sectional was in stock. I went back the next day to make the purchase. Mark was not there, so James helped me. I explained to him that I wanted a left side chaise, and I already had a uhaul. James then tells me that their stock is not here but in Lafayette and that he would take $200 off the price ,but add it back on for delivery as a favor for the misunderstanding. What he should have done is offer $200 off or the protection plan. I only paid $37 for the uhaul, so I don't know what favor he was doing because I paid the same price. Once I paid and received the receipt, I noticed James ordered the right facing chaise, and of course he left for lunch so he couldn't fix it. Porsha, was called to help me. And, I must say she did a great job in doing so, as well as the delivery guys. DISSATISFIED
