I would really like to put one star due to the fact I was told that employees would see someone to the windows aisle and no one came for 30 minutes. Within those 30 mins I've asked 4 different employees and still no help so I had to pull the windows down from the top shelf by myself. Either get your customer service together or you won't receive customers!

The service here is AWESOME! The managers make sure that you're taken care of. I've called the manager twice in the last two weeks to compliment employees who went out of their way to help me.

Home of the bold and skilled builder. Bring back the equipment repair department. That department was one of the unique features that set Home Depot apart from the rest.

Wait 1 1/2 to get 3 sheetrock sheets. They work good only when the big bosses are around. Nobody care about customesr over here. You have to get your own stuff or better go to Lowes. NOBODY helped me

Went to get a gallon of paint as I always do . I stood right in front of one worker , she said absolutely nothing for 10 minutes straight . So I said “excuse me ma’am, should I be standing here ,or over there”? Both workers looked and rolled their eyes . Then one says “no you can stay there “... After receiving my paint , I said “thank you “, and the younger said nothing and turned away. Her attitude was trash .If you hate your job , please find a new one . I will go elsewhere for paint …….. this was @ 12:50 pm on October 17,2023. Please have a conversation with your staff , a nice “Good afternoon , I will be with you shortly” goes a long way .

The self checkout setup stinks and there is no cashier alternative. There isn’t any room to bag anything and when buying bulky items it is terrible to try balance everything and check yourself out and bag. The checkout equipment was sticky when I picked it up with god only knows what.If the goal is to drive us to other stores, it’s working. Just a terrible anti-costumer experience.

Store undergoing significant changes.Hard to find some items. In app searches yields way too many non-related products and items making it difficult and frustrating to find what one needs and where it is located.Despite there being very few customers in the store, we couldn't get anyone to help us load cement into our truck for quite some time.

The availability of expert-led workshops and tutorials further adds to the store's appeal. These sessions provide valuable insights and hands-on learning opportunities, empowering customers to confidently tackle projects on their own. It's a fantastic way to bridge the gap between inspiration and execution. The checkout process at Home Depot is efficient and streamlined, ensuring that your shopping experience is hassle-free. The self-checkout option is a convenient touch, especially during busier times.

I visited the store to pick up an internet order and was greeted quickly by a friendly young man at the Help Desk who confirmed my order and also had the duty of retrieving the over- sized package and carting it to the pick up area. It was about 8 p.m. and not very busy, so I was able to get in and out in only a few minutes.

Won't be shopping Home Depot anymore. Everything is locked up in tools. Me and about 5 others sat walking around. I needed the Krazy Blades for a saw saw for cutting branches. I needed different size nut drivers that go in an Impact Drill. Other stuff as well. 45 mins to an hour. Some guy hollered out. We need help in tools please 3 times. Everyone to busy unpacking crates and putting up merchandise. Not once did anyone ask if I needed help. So I left for Lowe's. I had 3 guys help me. Stopped what they did. Helped me pick out solar screen. Got my nut drivers, got Round up. Plastic anchors, metal brackets. Washers...Everything I needed to mount the brackets on the house with Washers and screws to hang the solar screen. I bought 200.00 in product and was very happy. Sorry Home Depot, you have alot to do. Regroup, and better training. Employees need to pay attention, stop what there doing and help customers. If your not selling merchandise cause Everything is locked up, and there is no one to get it out. How are you able to pay your employees?Just a thought. This is partly my finish job on how I installed my solar screens.

Not Veteran friendly. Require specific Military Documentation that may or may not be readily available. Won't accept Military or Veteran ID. I walked out and left about $1000.00 of needed materials. Staff members state that a lot Veterans complain about their policy.Lowes is more Veteran friendly and more than happy to accommodate Veterans. Goodbye Home Depot.

Usually have what I'm looking for, but finding an associate for help can be challenging. Pricing is competitive and returns are easy.
