The Hertz location on Harrison Avenue is very ghetto and unprofessional. They have this lazy guy working behind the counter, who moves like he really doesn’t feel like helping you. They wasted my time, not once but twice in the same day. I had a reservation for a rental car through an insurance claim and tried to pick it up early that morning but the guy behind the counter was just sitting there for nearly half an hour doing absolutely nothing but staring at a tablet so I ended up having to leave and come back an hour later. Then when I came back for the second time I was told they didn’t have any cars available, when the lazy guy behind the counter could have just gotten up off his behind and given me a car when I came in the first time which was earlier that morning. Needless to say, I ended up getting a rental car quickly and easily from ENTERPRISE RENTAL CARS!

I’ve never in my life had to call anyone over 10 times to have someone pick up the phone. I’ve also been waiting from 9 am -11 am just to get their free pick up service they offer. The phone rings only 4 times so I understand they are not available to pick up but over 10 calls to talk with someone in the store is RIDICULOUS!

I needed a rental car at a moments notice. They drove from Beaumont to bridge city to pick me up, gave me a car, were extremely polite and helpful in every aspect. I had to bring the car back and wait until I had a ride to pick me up. Their office was close to closing, but they allowed me to wait in the car I had already returned until my ride made it to the location so I wouldn’t have to wait in the cold. Top notch customer service in my book. This is how you get repeat customers. 5 STARS!!!

Trash!! All cars are dirty inside and out! No good customer service! I would not recommend spending your money or time at this location!

Cars are DIRTY inside and out ,CUSTOMER SERVICE TRASH. I feel like I’m renting a car from the junk yard ! Why is it still plates and qtips in the rental after someone already used it!! Just trash would never go back !!

Called three times in a 5 min span and all three calls were ignored or ended while ringing as if someone on the other end is intentionally screening the call. I guess I shouldn't be surprised giving the rating of this location. Don't want my money? Fine with me, I'll take my business elsewhere.

This establishment is piss poor and unprofessional to say the least. I was harassed and threatened by an employee named Ashanti because she was upset at a joke. She looked up my personal information and her and the man she is dating came to my home, unwelcomed, and said if she ever felt disrespected again it would be a problem that her boyfriend would handle. I asked to file a complaint and they did nothing to assist.

The Hertz -Harrison St. location provided superb service. They answered all my questions and edited my rental when circumstances changed. Thanks and I would definitely use them again.

The employees at this location will not answer the phone! I called 10x to try and confirm that a car was available after my insurance company made a reservation for me. If you need a car, look elsewhere!! Very poor service.

Had a reservation made by our office early this morning. Got dropped off by an Uber. As we're walking in, the lady behind the counter asks our name and said she just tried to call someone to tell us that she had no car for us. Why did they not call 5 hours ago, when the reservation was made? Didn't seem to care one bit that we were now stranded and having to make other arrangements. This seems to happen more often with Hertz than other rental agencies.Update: We called another Hertz and Enterprise location in the Beaumont area, and both were very nice and provided actual customer service by calling other locations themselves to see if a car was available. Ended up having to get an Uber to Hobby Airport to pick up a car.
