I get my oil changes and state inspections done here every year for all of my family's cars. They are extremely quick, have a very friendly staff and are thorough in what they do, as I have never have had an issue with their work. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

I arrived about 4:50 for an oil change and car wash if time allowed. The gentleman asked me what I needed . He asked did I want a car wash . I yes if you have time . He said sure and told me about the different packages. I chose platinum . I went inside to pay and wait and the lady at the desk asked what I needed. She was waiting on another lady . I said I was here for oil change and platinum car wash . She yells "we close in 30 min" . I said I'm sorry the guy didn't say there wasn't enough time . She then yells " let me finish this lady". I said I'm sorry I thought you asked me . She finished the lady and calls me up and says $77.01 and not another word at that time .I paid and went to sit down after which a few more issues but not major enough to mention . They called to say I was ready . They had not wiped out console , dashboard or the frame at the bottom of the doors. I asked they take care of that after I left a nice tip. They did . When I got in and saw the steering wheel and dashboard not touched I asked if I could have the rag and spray and I would wipe to be told the rag was in the washing machine and spray was put away . I'm confused why they offered the wash and especially platinum if there wasn't enough time . Ive been before and got a rain check when time wouldn't allow it and I would have done that this time . This by far was the worse experience I've had there and really anywhere

Charge me $62 for an oil change did not check power steering fluid windshield fluid.. and my windshield wipers.. I will be calling the manager tomorrow.
