I needed 2 new tires at 6:56. They close at 7:00. They did not hesitate at all. They changed them. They stayed 45 mins after closing. I wil definitely recommend this Goodyear store!!

Overpriced and charged me for things they did not do. I brought my car in to get my control arms and ball joints replaced and my AC fixed. They charged me for control arms, ball joints, sway bar, alignment, AC lines, freon, and windshield wipers. A week later it rains and I notice I still have the same torn windshield wipers. And a month later I take my car to a different shop and they tell me I need an alignment done because it wasn`t done when my control arms were replaced, and that my AC needed to be recharged with freon. They may be good for an oil change and minor fixes. But I wouldn`t recommend for bigger issues.

This is an efficient and effective tire shop. I had to have an unusual older style tire to replace a tire on a Saturday before extended holiday weekend. Carl was very helpful. He was able to contact their warehouse on a Saturday and get the tire . The price was very reasonable and the service was very excellent. Highly recommend.

Carl and his team provided excellent service as they inspected our leaking tire with a focus on safety and standards! Unfortunately, they were not able to repair the severely damaged tire. They got us back on the road safely, so we could enjoy Christmas with our family in New Orleans. So grateful Carl and his team were there for us when we were passing through Beaumont on the day before Christmas eve!

I was looking for a tire center to move over to and contacted Goodyear Auto Service. Both Ryan and Carl were very professional and went out of their way to accommodate my service needs. I had them service both my daughter’s car along with my wife’s truck. They were very thorough and detailed with feedback on issues they found and acted promptly to repair those issues. I highly recommend utilizing this service center for your automotive needs. Thanks again to Ryan and Carl, as well as to the rest of the hard working staff, for taking care of my needs. I dropped my car off for a tire change. I wasn't expecting a quick finish, but they got to it and finished in about 2.5 to 3 hours. The workers were very friendly, and they even let me know about my dirty engine air filter
