I love this store and it has great costumer service!! My only things is the last time I went there I was only $6 away from 20% off and I never knew that until I seen a sign when I was leaving. I wish someone would have told me, or at least when I was checking out. Other than that, they have the cutest jewelry and gifts for your friends/family!

I’ve shopped at francesca’s for many times, but the quality of the clothes has decreased. They do have cute gifts and accessories. It is the only time I go to the store. Customer service is friendly, but you have to have your original recipe. I with the quality would match the price of the clothes. Mostly everything is made in China, after one or two washes expect to toss away your purchase.

I’ve shopped at francesca’s for many times, but the quality of the clothes has decreased. They do have cute gifts and accessories. It is the only time I go to the store. Customer service is friendly, but you have to have your original recipe. I with the quality would match the price of the clothes. Love Francesca's they are great for cute jewelry that brings your outfit together. Their clothes are cute but very trendy. They also sell my favorite type of headband!

The actual store itself is okay, their stuff is over priced though. And everything i bought there fell apart after one wear. If i could add pics i would. I paid 30$ for a shawl and wore it one time and now its falling apart and i havnt even washed it
