I wish I could give a zero alsoI had medicine ordered that was suppose to arrive on Dec 2, 2023. Stayed home all day Friday and Saturday to wait for the delivery because this is heart medicine that I have to take everyday… needless to say it never was delivered… I called this morning to ask what happened and they lied and said that they tried to deliver on Saturday and no one was home… Now we have to make a trip to Beaumont to pick up the medicine… I just hope it is there when we get there ..I normally do not give bad reviews but this is ridiculous!!!

Fed Ex decided to reroute a package sent to me… they put a label with my name with the address of a company I worked for in the past??? No one with “customer service” can explain why this happened…and forget speaking with anyone with any information other than tracking a package.

Too bad I can't give 0 stars. Apparently, they're hiring delivery drivers that cannot read. FYI an S. Before a street name or number means SOUTH! I.E. = 4th st. Without an S. In front of it Is not south 4th. How hard is that? And i apologize for this if you guys are hiring special needs people.
