This store has a sign that says they close at 10pm not 20 minutes before 10pm but they do not go by the posted hrs set by the company. The other night I paid for an uber to get there before they closed to make one transaction at the register which was to add money to my cashapp account the manager Ms.Doris was mopping the assistant manager outright ignored me and an associate walked up front by the doors and didn't even lift her head up. This is not how you conduct business nor is this the first time I've experienced this problem at this location. However the way the store manager acted as if I were in the wrong as if it was past 10pm already was very disappointing and disrespectful. If she does not want to work the hrs that corporate wants that location to be open then she needs to ask for a transfer or demotion to a subordinate position that must adhere to company policies. The picture I will post that includes the timestamp and location of this incident will show 9:44pm however my arrival to this location was at 9:39pm.
Go to the Gulf St. Location they actually do their job and keep the doors open until the time posted on the window.

I would like to know why this store cant sell cigarretts at this its 9.27 pm they close at 10 pm. And suppostly the manager Doris has th e cigarretts Close. I hope my son was not in any kind of discrimination because I would sue.

They’re always closing before it’s time for the to close. If y’all close at 10:00pm there’s no way they should be telling us that they close at no 9:30pm not letting anyone in the store.

It’s sad that you go in chain of stores like Family dollar and have to use your flash light to shop cause they can’t turn the lights on because it will be hotter in the store oh yeah we live in Texas and they can’t fix the ac in this store. Someone needs to do something can get some help in our neighborhood!!!!!!!!
