This location has 1 of the worst restrooms in town smells of urine floors are nasty flies and Nats by urinals come on Exxon you have to do better then this BAD MANAGEMENT

Today I wanted to fill my truck with diesel.. And at the checkout they said that we do not accept your fuel card from "this" company.. FLEET ONE... this is just absurd and stupid...

Rated 3 because of one good and one bad experience. The good, grabbed some McDonald's, restrooms were clean. Today however they were cleaning the restroom, well supposed to be. The lady seemed happy to be in her cell phone. Over 15 minutes later I am leaving, still "cleaning" at a truck stop? This lady needs to be told to leave her phone in the car or find a new job.

Cashier not wearing any kind of face covering or mask. No face shield at counter either. Direct violation of state order. 12:43pm Sunday sep 6, management you can see this on camera if you care.

June 16th 2020 around 5am I came in pulling my boat intending to buy fuel and ice like I have many times before at this location. I started my pump and went into the store to purchase ice. The employees said they will not sell me ice because it is for customers only. I told them I am a customer and I’m here to buy ice. The employees said no we are not selling you ice because then we will have to bag more ice. So I went outside stopped my pump and went across the street where they happily sold me ice and 145 gallons of fuel with no issues.

This is my favorite Shell station in Beaumont! I always find this station has the cheapest gas in town and it's located right across from an Exxon gas station. They have a nice, big parking lot and getting in & out is super easy. They have plenty of pumps, I've never had to wait for one. At this gas station, is an Exxpress mart and a McDonald's. The McDonald's parking lot is super spacious and they have 2 drive thru windows. Perfect location for someone coming in or out of Beaumont.

Always clean, employees are nice, quick check out. âž¡Additional review for 5/29/17. Always clean & good service. Employee tonight was VERY nice, polite & friendly. But.....she should NOT be there working by herself at night. That's just CRAZY, and so unsafe.

Nice gas station...suspicious ATM. I tried to use my debit card and it went back to the main screen twice. No error messages, codes, nor money dispensed. Very suspicious. Crooks can install a device where you swipe the card in order to record your card# and pin#. Then he/she comes back to retrieve it later after it's filled. I put in an alert to my credit union and will call the help desk tomorrow to report it.
