I had work performed on two vehicles. A 2012 Chrysler 200 which belongs to my daughter from Kileen Texas. She spent a lot of money on it and no one could fix it correctly even after changing out part after part. I brought it to Expert Muffler and the mechanic knew right off what the problem was. It have been running every since.I next brought it in for overheating, no problem they fixed it too.I brought in my 12 Tundra for a catalyst converter to be put on due to vandalism. 3 months later it began to leak, he got right on it and fix the problem while I waited. I amabout to bring a 09 Dodge Avenger for a timing change replacement, belts and hoses check. The car has sit for 9 years waiting for a paint job.I would refer them to anyone, the prices are fair. I would not rate them 5 stars on the Business side but I will give a 5 star on workmanship

Although my car was not done at the original promise time, it was a well done job. It was a day late, so not too much to fuss about. I ranked it for good value and professional level work. i give no star to this repair shop. They kept my vehicle there for 9 months and finally they said they still could not find the problem. They already asked me to pay a big amount money. When I asked money back. they said they fixed some other things with my money. useless!

If I could leave no stars I would, brought my truck to them in January 2019 because it was shaking really bad. my husband spoke to the Mexican guy and he said it is probably the spark plugs and wires so I bought the parts myself at auto zone, I paid close to $500. when I called 2 weeks later they said that it's still shaking and they still need to find out why. they had it another couple of weeks and finally said it would be $1,500.00 to fix with a year warranty on parts, we gave a $1,000 for deposit and said they needed to order parts. we waited 2 months and they said they were still waiting for parts. I had to call every week to check because they never bothered to call me. every week it was, oh yeah it's almost done, call next week it will be ready but it never was. they jacked up the price $1,000.00 more for "this and that" and now it's the cam shaft and lifter that needs to be replaced. they had my truck for 6 MONTHS total. owner had to take it to someone else because he could not fix it himself and they took it off his lot to someone else's house and refused to tell me where. the owner left for vacation at the end of may with no notice before hand he only left a note on his gate that said be back June 2nd. he did not come back until June 26th. i called because i seen my truck inside his gate on June 26th. he said my truck was ready and the balance was $ 2,500.00. my truck still shakes a little but when I asked on the phone if it shakes at all he said no.when we told him it was shaking he said this is normal. he also said he lost money while working on my truck and the 3,500.00 is just the cost for the parts only.he would not let us test drive it until we paid and said the warranty is only 3 months.We told him that his worker told my husband it's a year warranty when we gave him the $1,000. he said no that's not true and that he is the boss not his worker.I told him give me 6 months warranty and I'll pay you so I can take my truck. we paid 3,500 plus $500 in more parts and got a 6 month warranty. I'm not happy, they are very unprofessional and the worker doesnt even know what he is talking about.
