I was in an accident and needed a rental car. The representatives that helped me (Paola, Jon and Emily) were all fantastic! They made the process of getting a car simple and painless, and even were able to find me something that fit my both my budget and three car seats! ?

The customer service was great. They just didn't have the particular size vehicle giving my size and height I needed leg room but I settled for the next available size. I also love the fact that one of the employees (John) actually came to pick me up in my rental car because I didn't have a ride to go and get the rental car from them and I dropped him back off. #Good Service

Soon after we began our trip the tire pressure light came on so we pulled off the back highway to check the air pressure. All four tires were very low between 35 to 40 psi when the recommended psi was 70. We were able to fill three of the tires with air however the fourth valve stem was different and would not work with the air pump at the station. We called the rental office and we’re told we could take it to a Firestone where It could be checked. We were traveling from Beaumont to Dallas and the nearest Firestone along our route was an hour away. Firestone was able to fill the tire but this additional stop added time and additional miles to our trip. When we returned the van the next day we were not compensated for the additional miles or the inconvenience that this added to our trip. Had someone checked over the van before we rented it this could’ve been avoided .

No one seems to want to help when there is an issue. No one takes responsibility for making a mistake. Not to mention being put on hold indefinitely while an employee searches for a non-existent manager is poor customer service.

I can't figure out why you say you have cleaned the vehicles, when your cleaning is NOT thorough. I ALWAYS WIPE DOWN THE VEHICLES AGAIN ON THE INSIDE. Whoever cleans leaves debris behind. Smeared wiping. Sand and dirt in crevices. You all mainly are concerned about the outside of the vehicle. I am still going to rent from you, but you all do a poor job of cleaning the inside. Yuck.

We were on a trip and our truck lost all power an hour from our destination. We were 10 miles from Beaumont and called our friend who called enterprise told them we were hauling a camper and had 3 dogs with us. They put us in a 3/4 ton truck without hesitation and off we went. I am very impressed with the professionalism of the people in this location. Thank you for helping us out in our desperate time of need.

I have been renting cars from the Beaumont location on Lucas Drive location for a long time. This is definitely my go-to whenever I need to rent a car. Top notch service from start to end. The manager, Greg ensures all your needs are met. He's extremely professional and his customer service skills exceeds your expectations. I can't say enough on how pleased I am with the service. Everyone who works there is always pleasant, including the guys who wash the cars. An A-1 team who deserves positive recognition .

We rented last week and took a Ford Edge with a panoramic sunroof out to West Texas. This car was a DREAM! Customer service at the Lucas store in Beaumont,TX was exceptional. They were just about as excited for our trip to Big Bend as we were. We got a good deal! One of the Managers, Peyton, checked us out and answered any questions I had about this cool ride. I think it's time for me to upgrade my own car! Thanks Enterprise, for being a huge part of our one week trip out to West Texas. No problems whatsoever.. even on some of the rough back roads of Big Bend National Park. We'll rent from you again should we need to go that far again.. and we will!

We reserved a car for my husband's business trip 5 days before the trip. He got a call 5 min before he was supposed to pick it up letting him know that they did not have any cars for him to rent. Sounds like we aren't the only people who have had this problem.
