Trash service. Moises or whatever the “manager” name is extremely rude and disrespectful. This location needs better leadership. The I-10 location be the only location I deal with from now on.

-Rental car #1 had a dying battery, had to switch to a new one-Rental car #2 had low tire pressure, then tire went flat-I returned the car with a small crack on the windshield from a pebble, and was forced to file a claim with my insurance and pay out-of-pocket to repair Enterprise's car-No, I won't fill out a survey after this to say how good the service wasEDIT: The "owner" responded to this review asking for details, but didn't respond when I contacted them.

Called me an hr before pick up that they had no cars didn't make an attempt to get me one from another location left me high and dry found on at Hertz better car better service

Very simple experience without any loops to jump through. KJ took care of us on pick up and return. Even remembered minor details of our interaction from the days prior. Very helpful and personable. Thank you.

Yeah they get a 1 for absolutely no customer service. It's cold out here and they won't let customers in where they can sit and wait until 8am. Not good at all.

Recently used location on W. Lucas Drive, had to be picked up from my location, driver arrived quickly and was very courteous, got my rental quickly with a free upgrade, everyone was very friendly and helpful, upon return of vehicle I had a slight issue that was resolved quickly, turned out I had been given a vehicle that was very low on fuel, I filled up the tank before returning as instructed and when I told them they immediately refunded the money I spent on fuel.

The last few times I have been here, they have messed up my reservation. Not sure what happened but seems like this place is beginning to slip a little. Sad, this is the new customer service of today. Maybe they need a new manager. Also, after getting a new appointment and paperwork done, I have been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting on them to PULL MY CAR AROUND. I WILL BE USING HERTZ NEXT TIME. This place has horrible customer service.

They were so rude. While I was BARELY being helped, three times he stopped waiting on me to help other customers. Like I wasn't important to him and he said he's the branch manager LoL

We like the one in Orange TX better as far as customer service. I needed a full size car or suv they stuck me with a compact car Mitsubishi mirage. Couldn't put anything in it and wasn't clean reservations mean nothing . The car handled badly needed alignment.

They do not give complete information. I'm in Beaumont temporarily due to a car accident. I told the lady all this. She told me I needed a valid drivers license and credit or debit card. Told her I'm living with my daughter temporarily. Go through all that we head back to the office. She told me to give her my Dr lic, card and something in my name with the address. I had bank statements, medicall bills and social security statements. She goes in with the manager and then tell me she needed a utility bill. I said again, I live with my daughter and bills are in her name. Long story short, I could've rent. Then I reserved the car the night before, I called them the morning of to schedule a pick-up and they tell me they don't have any cars until 2p.m. That time gets here and they don't have a car until 4p.m. by this time I can't make other arrangements and was scheduled to be in Houston for 7p.m. They really created a problem for me because they did not give complete information. NEVER AGAIN!!!
