Will not come back and don't in courage anyone to come here the dryer doesn't work here leaving this place spent 35 dollars and leaving with wet clothes.

Don’t do dry cleaning here.
I had used this place for six months and they did an okay job and were friendly. Occasionally an item or two would go missing, but it always turned up within a week. However, my last dry cleaning order came back wrinkled and dirtier than when it was dropped off. I called them and got no response besides “we’ll look into it.” A couple days later after hearing nothing back, i brought the order back and the lady at the desk admitted it looked bad, but said she couldnt do anything and it was on me to call the owner because she tried already to get in touch with him and he didnt answer.

Horrible experience! I rarely use washeterias, but had an issue with my personal washing machine & needed to wash my work clothes. Unfamiliar with the process, I first go in to check the pricing & whether I could use a card on the change machine. You can imagine my surprise when the middle eastern woman stops serving a customer & runs from behind the counter to ask if I "intend to wash clothes". I explain that I may need more quarters & she says the corner store has an atm. She goes back to attending the initial customer.I then go to count the quarters I do have to estimate how much more I would need. I could feel the lady standing behind me & she then says "I have to finish folding these clothes".At this point, already now to the process, I felt very unwelcome. I gathered my coin purse & let her know I felt like I was bothering her & I'd go elsewhere. Her entire demeanor changes to extremely friendly while saying "we are open" several times.Rude customer service to an African American woman & extremely nice to a white male.... The machines are old, dirty & broken.

Never going there again. Blasting politics on the television so loud everyone had to hear every word. Don't care what side you are on, keep that at your home.

All though some if their machines are quirky, they have loyal staff that are more than accommodating in guide you to the nest machine and they have supplies if you need add ins for your laundry. Change machine on site. Clean, consistent above average customer service and I have never been there to wash thay I had to wait to find a machine because I go for the 30 and 20 pound washers, and I thi k I had to wait 10 minutes or less once. But all in all I trust this place.

My washing machine broke down yesterday morning. The tech came and said they needed to order parts to effect repairs. I am a family of four. Took my clothes in five full laundry baskets to their laundry mat. They did a terrific and marvelous job. I am very grateful to the two ladies that attended to me. It is very uncommon these days to find such courteous, warm and empathetic workers. Hope the owners / their employers appreciate and recognize that they have a rare and endangered breed manning their business

This laundromat is the nicest in town by far! It’s very clean and the owner and staff are very friendly and extremely helpful! Definitely recommend!

I was very admired by this place nice clean lay back very good service and you also have gang machines to play while washing your clothes if your in the area the cleanest place in Beaumont Texas to go wash clothes hands down
