Horrible. We reserved crawfish for my daughter's 16th birthday party, prepaid, and RSVP'd that they would be available for pickup. On the day we were supposed to pick them up nobody was there. Nobody would answer their phones, and we only received a partial refund. These guys are crooks. I would give them 0 stars if possible

We reserved 2 sacks of crawfish and went to pick them up and he had gave them away. My brother just drove from Virginia getting out of the Navy and we were having a surprise crawfish boil and now have NO crawfish.. He says he called but did not phone log shows no call. This is terrible! Lost a customer forever..

Very unprofessional, I called the satarday before mothers day for 2 bags and he said he got me covered for the two bags for mothers day Sunday. When I got there around 10am the gate was closed, I tried to call his cell but he kept sending me to voicemail, no response from him at all, I recommend big daddy's crawfish, they care if you're satisfied, doguets is ran by a j****
