I just can't thank Discount Tire enough for their amazing & fast experience. Tire light was on & tire was deflating and so I came on to Discount Tire(this location specifically). My tires(all 4 of them) were in recommendation of needing to be replaced and so in under 30 minutes, they(all 4 tires) were all replaced and then I drove to Houston in my new tires and had a great, newly experience with the tires. Although they were out of stock of my favorite/luxury brand Michelin, I got another recommendation of tires that suited well for drive by the front-desk employee. I am so pleased and thankful to have this Discount Tire franchise right here in Beaumont to get affordable tires by "experienced personnel". And I am so glad to have my Halo Bolt Ultimate on me at all times in case of "flat tire" or jumpstarter for emergency use. Thank you, Discount Tire, and thank you employees for being the best experience in Beaumont

We asked for an approximate time, we we told 1-1.5 hours, we timed them. 50 minutes from start to finish and they were very busy. Very good & efficient job.

While visiting family in Beaumont I noticed a screw in my vehicle’s tire. In my 5 th week of shoulder surgery I could not change the tire. I found Discount Tire Mart close by and pulled in fb or repair service. They promptly removed the tire, changed valve stem and balanced the tire and we were able to head back to Lake Charles. They said we do not charge for repairs. Wow , they are really customer oriented,thank you DISCOUNT TIRE MART!!

Stan was absolutely wonderful. Super professional, and not pushy in any way. Safety was obviously his main concern, and he did an outstanding job of explaining the condition of my tires. I will never go to anyone else to purchase tires. Ask for him!!!

A huge THANK YOU to Mr. Stan for great service and a high level of professionalism. Mr. Stan very attentive to the customers and keeping them informed on the status on our vehicle. 5 Stars for Mr. Stan.Kevin walks over customers as if they do not exist (unprofessional)(openly rude-couching with his mouth open) He and several others were pure disrespectful when someone in the office released body odor. They decided to open the door and spray to release the odor in the foyer. Kevin unprofessional. 0 Stars for Kevin.

Oh how times change. Three years ago I gave this store 4 stars, after today I dropped it to one, less if I could. I had an 815 appointment checked in at 810 and by 820 was told I’d be out by 10. I thought that was a long wait for just a balance and rotation, but hey maybe they’re busy. At 10 I saw peoples vehicles going before mine, that showed up after me. After two hours of waiting I asked for my keys and left. Definitely won’t be going back to that store or maybe any discount tire. Not ? sure, but I think the service writer was Kevin.

I went to have them check the air in my tires and the condition of them I had asked if they could please check the condition of my spare. The guy doing this wouldn't check my spare, I guess because it's underneath my vehicle. I was looking to buy all new tires (which he didn't know) and he offered tires over $1400. They lost my sale. If you can't look at my spare, which I would have also purchased, then you're not getting my business.
