no stars. open 20 minutes late. then tell me I have to wait an hour for an antibiotic. Rude customer service! I can't talk because I have no voice and the lady is trying to make me shout across the room. BAD experience.

Rude staff. Overtalked me, spoke flat and irritated as if I was putting them out asking for assistance. Brittany hung up on me. I called back and spoke with the actual Pharmacist who wasn't much more helpful or professional in her phone etiquette. I literally spent an hour and a half making calls back and forth with their store because they needed me to call my insurance for my BIN#. Upon calling my insurance I learn that CVS is not IN network. At which point I called the pharmacy I wanted my prescription transferred to. The pharmacist put in the electronic transfer request right then on the phone with me. He suggested I call CVS back to make sure they received his request. I call back CVS and this time the pharmacist herself tells me I need to call the other pharmacy back and get their NPI# and call her back with it. So there I go calling the other pharmacy back to get their NPI# to give to CVS. I call CVS back with that number and Brittany says they don't need the NPI number they need the other pharmacy to call them. The other pharmacy says they cannot make out bound calls and transfers me to their customer service that can make outbound calls at which point that representative tells me that it probably won't be filled until tomorrow because this specific CVS location is TERRIBLE about answering their phones and slow to make transfers. I mean when another professional organization is validating what you just encountered in customer service....that says something. There's obviously a problem and corporate needs to step into the opportunity and drain the swamp or bring correction.Why am I the customer having to locate this information FOR THEM? Do they not do transfers daily? Why is this not a seamless process between pharmacies? I was treated horribly by everyone I spoke with at this pharmacy. I am sick and ended up crying after the entire experience. Horrible basic care for humanity at this place!

Extremely rude staff. I called about a prescription being sent to a wrong cvs and asked them if they could transfer and as soon as she saw it was a narcotic FROM SURGERY she was immediately rude and treated me like a drug addict. Now I get to go day number two without pain medication after a stomach surgery. Staff is pathetic and rude. Don’t go here.

Rude pharmacists at this location. I called 3x to have the rest of my rx filled and each time when I went to this location my order was never ready. I was going to wait on it the 3rd time and they said they wouldn't have time to have it ready for another 3 hours. I ended up transferring my rx to a different cvs location and had 0 problems.

I have been using them for years and the service has always been good. Working in the healthcare field all my life, I understand you can get overwhelmed at times and things slow down, but still, they have always been pleasant even under that pressure.

I have never in my life had such bad experience with customer service. Every person that works in the pharmacy is rude. I have only been using CVS for a little over 1 month & already switching pharmacies. If you enjoy being talked to rudely every encounter then this is your place to go.

My wife & I love this drug store along with the staff. We went in Sunday & were helped out by 2 of the greatest people, Erin & Scott. They both will walk you right up to something rather than sling their arm up in some vague direction. Super pleasant & helpful people that don't stop smiling lol. My wife needed to wire our grandson some money & Scott stuck with her to the end at the machine, that was such a blessing! Bonus, they have done something to the store lately, it is so much brighter and cleaner.

This is the most mindless, annoying, foolish, angering Pharmacy location in all of Bmt, Tx. Their staff is not only slow and inconsistent, but never answers the pharmacy phone if you’re unable to leave your home or have someone to go for you. You might as well count your chickens and prepare your last Will and Testament. Because you will never get through the line to speak with a pharmacist and if you do it will only be after being on hold for 2 hours or more. Even after notifying the store manager Michell she will make excuses about how they’re so BUSY with the normal functionings of a pharmacy. And push you through a line just to still be left on hold. I’ve never had the type of Customer service with Walgreen’s, Walmart, Lovoi, or King’s pharmaceuticals. Even Prior to Covid-19 this pharmacy location has always been underwhelming and infuriating. Now that I Am pregnant this was the kick. I needed to no longer give this CVS location anymore of my business and a suggestion from a medical field worker you shouldn’t either. A negative —5 ⭐️‘S
