I live in Lumberton and quit using CVS there in a while. But when I walked in your Beaumont store by 11st. I was greeted as I walked in by the sweetest young girl. She helped me pull up my old CVS acct. for savings. I had 2 prescriptions filled. There were 3 women working and I stood and stood. I asked one is it to late to drop off a prescription from the hospital. She said quickly no! But never waited on me the. The other was at the window and when she got finished I thought she’d help me. I waited a lil bit longer and I assume it was the pharmacist that. waited on me. She seen it through and it was done in no time. Overall it was a good experience. The animosity the 2 ladies in the pharmacy was purely known .i felt bad for her.

picked up mom medicine requested refill was told it wouldn't be ready until Monday went Saturday to pick up still wasn't ready went back it was ready

If I could give them 0 stars I would the pharmacist was very unprofessional she kept switching the time of when the medicine would be done then she didn’t tell the right time they lunch break started so we had to keep coming back and fourth to the store so my boyfriend just sat and waited in the drive through because his tire popped on the way up there so to avoid popping the tire completely( he have non flat bmw tires ) the store called the police on him without coming out to ask question nor did the pharmacist let them know he was waiting for medicine Luckily the police officer was a nice gentleman he spoke with my boyfriend and let him stay in the pharmacist line until they opened back up !

Waited half the day to go get a covid test, only to get here to find out their system is down no warning no heads up or anything. Disappointment half day wasted

The pharmacist on duty today (10/28/2022) was very rude. My doctor sent a prescription over for a 3 month supply of one of my meds. My husband picked it up not realizing they only gave me one month's worth. When I spoke to the pharmacist about receiving the rest of my medication he told me he didn't have any in stocks with no offer to place an order until a I asked. I asked him if he know why only 1 month was ordered when the script said 3 months. He the said, " I could have given you NONE!!" HOW DARE YOU!!THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT A 2 IS BECAUSE I CANT GIVE A 5 TO THE LEAD TECH, DANA, WHO IS AMAZING, WITHOUT IT LOOKING LIKE I AM GIVING THE PHARMACIST A 5. HE RECEIVES A ZERO.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service and is the slowest in filling prescriptions. I was told to give them an hour to fill my husband’s prescription, and the next day it was still not ready. I need to give them another hour. I complete the survey every time after picking up my prescriptions, and it’s always the same lousy service, different staff. They definitely need customer service etiquette and time management training.

I chose CVS for my covid booster because scheduling was easy and I had a preferred date to get my shot. I decided on getting my flu shot at the same time (I've never had flu shot side effects). The pharmacists discussed possible side effects with me, though it is safe to have them together. They wanted to be sure I knew and I appreciate it. The pharmacist who administered my shots was very kind and mindful after I let him know I have a bit of a needle phobia. I'll be back for next year's shot(s).Side note, side effects this time were milder than my 2nd pfizer ~8 months ago. ??
