Pharmacy service is extremely slow. This location must be under staffed. And the drive thru is even worse.

Worst pharmacy in Beaumont, there pharmacy employees sure don’t know nothing of healthcare. Especially that black lady en the pharmacy section Mary , came here to get my 2 dose of varicella and they got me the shinglix shot , with is 2 different from varicella ! And then their other pharmacist an Asian man still telling me that that’s the same thing ! Don’t ever go to this place to get your shot , they don’t know a single thing of inmmunization vaccine! As a nurse my self you should alway verify what you are getting to your pt or costumer !

The worst service ever!!! I needed to speak with the pharmacist and she turned around to tell me that I'll have to wait at least 30 minutes for her to catch-up on filling prescriptions. No customer service throughout this location.

If there was a zero star rating this pharmacy chain would receive it.

This CVS has pretty bad service. I think the norm is waiting at the register FOREVER while the cashier chats it up with her friends and let's her friends cut the line.

If I could give less stars I would, negative stars actually. I have had several bad experiences at this location but I go to it because it's closer to my home and I figured the first time that it was just the one cranky employee working the late shift since it's 24hrs but no I was wrong and am going to have to go out of my way to find another further cvs to just avoid getting upset when shopping, especially since I'm one of those "oh so crazy" people that believe that serving customers is the controlling factor of every business. It is understaffed and when you have a problem and want to speak to a manger there never is one working and they tell you to come back when the manager is around to complain to them if you want your issue resolved. First situation: purchased something and paid for it and then realized a coupon wasn't applied and asked for a refund to apply it and cashier said she couldn't do it without a manager and the manager was not there and was asked to return when manager was there the next day without being given a time the manager was going to be there. Oddly convenient? I think so.
