Where do I begin? Parents bought an appliance from them, in the beginning of April. June 12th they called to report their appliance was not working. They were referred to service department where service kept playing with numbers to make it look like something was going to happen, while in reality there was zero intention of repair due to my parents home location, where they were able to deliver but not repair. This took many phone calls, many visits and many names that are not going to make a difference to name. Here is the issue, if you’re still reading. My parents are retired, on a fixed income and times are tough. They bought these things to last a while and to have peace of mind at the beginning of retirement. My parents are on medication that has to be refrigerated. They pay out of pocket for their health insurance because they could no longer work and their benefits they worked hard for do not begin for a few more months. They have their perishables in coolers in their home and neighbors. Besides my parents being a victim of the predatory sales behavior , my hometown is also a victim. My hometown is low income, hard working folks who just cannot seem to get ahead , and a lot really believe Conn’s is a “local, family operated business.” They are unaware this is a fairly large corporation and ready to up-sale them for commission. To my Tyler County consumers…. Please go somewhere, anywhere else. You are a number, if your health depends on the appliance, they don’t care. We have many receipts and many names and we will continue to make sure they remember our names. Please keep my parents in your prayers, that their health is not declining due to being without a necessary appliance that hasn’t worked in a month.
Emailed this responder and no communication after they received all my contact information. LG scheduled service with a local repair company close to my parents home and they were supposed to be out June 10th. My parents called that morning and LG had cancelled the repair and told my parents they had escalated the issue. So now my parents are still without a repair or solution to the problem. My parents are continuing to live without perishable food and a place to maintain their medication.

Sales associate, Tyler, was very smooth and careful with his listening. He was extremely helpful and researched information he was not sure of before giving an answer. The purchasing process was very nice.

Today I went to purchase a washer for this establishment and they actually had one I wanted for a good price the sales lady was totally rude she never explained one thing she was doing I guess she thought I really couldn’t afford to buy it I had the cash after turning down all her extra charges on the washer that was 629 and willing to pay 500 bucks down can anyone please explain to me how the heck I would still owe over 700 dollars on the purchase with just adding insurance anyway I turned all that extra down and finally paid cash for it and was going to pick it up in two days now how can you tell someone that they can’t load an item the way they want to load it after they have paid their own money to purchase the item they ticked me off so bad before leaving I requested a full refund and walked out I drove to Best Buy found the same washer and purchased it with a 5 year warranty they are going to bring it and install it for me and it only costed me 150 bucks more remember the 5 year warranty After calming down I realized why you are called Cons your staff is rude and do whatever it takes to Con someone out of money but what they failed to realize is just because I may look like I didn’t have the funds I did and extra to turn around and buy the second one while still waiting for the refund they owe me some people may not know a scam when it comes but they ran into the right one today and this day will be the last day I step foot into a Cons store

Tyler was very patient and listened to what I was trying to fin. Then showed me multiple refrigerators and their functions until I found one that I liked. Great customer service and will be back again.
