I ordered a refrigerator online this past Thursday was told it could be delivered Friday and they would call a couple of hours before they came. By 5: 00 pm called and was told it would now have to be Saturday and someone would call me in a couple of hours to set up a time for today. Never received call and when I tried to call got message they were currently not answering calls. Called first thing Saturday morning and they claimed they had tried to call, text and email which I have had no calls text or emails from them. Now supposedly they have it scheduled for Monday and will call with a time Sunday. The person I was talking to even had the nerve to tell me that my refrigerator was taking up space in their warehouse.
Well refrigerator was delivered. Actually when I got to talk to the warehouse house manager he told me that it had never be scheduled for any day but Monday. Unlike the call center people who kept trying to say it was my fault and being rude. This man was very helpful and nice. The delivery was scheduled for Monday morning at 8 and the delivery guys were great. Also talked to
Joshua at the Gateway store and he was very nice and helpful. So I my advice is not to buy anything online where the call center people are who you have to deal with go to the store but sue to all the rain and flooding we were having I didn’t do that.

Horrible service. I bought several items 2 1/2 months ago. The stove didn’t work properly. Technician came out and ordered a new motherboard. They sent the wrong one not once not twice but three times and each time they require a service technician to come and deem it the wrong part. I have reached out to the store and the service department to speak to a manager but to no avail. Don’t buy here

I called in to the store to find out about dryers on sale, Isiah was super helpful on the phone telling me which were available and pricing. I went in and asked for his assistance. Isiah was super nice and even helped me look up reviews on the dryers I was deciding between. They helped load my newer dryer up and everyone was very friendly and nice!

Very bad service. We bought a stove on credit and now they did not respect the price and I have to pay triple what it cost me because the person who sold it to me did things wrong. Now they don't give me any solution. It is very unfair that it is the fault of the same Conn's staff. I have to pay a lot of money for a stove. I will never shop at conn's again

We came in to purchase a dishwasher and a stove. We had Ms. Regina as our rep and she was honest and told us all the details of what would be included in our payment. She made sure that we had the appliances we needed and she made sure to let us know when the items would be available. We are very satisfied with our Anniversary gifts. Thank you Ms. Regina
