Great service BUT the driveway holds like 2 cars. And it's been times the workers stand and hold long conversations with one person for like 30mins to a hour NO LIE. No work being done, Just talking. I've witnessed this more then a few times. It drives me and others away. SO I wish they would come up with a better system when it comes to the wait.

The owner and all the guys that work in the shop have always been super nice ... They always do an excellent job and get the job done very fast at an affordable price... Fast service. Pulled up to check tire that was wobbling and turns out previous tire change was done wrong but the guys at concord recognized problem right away and did quick fix and only charged 20 and sent us on our way very happy. Yall give them a try and they'll take care of you quick.

Absolutely loved my experience today!!! First time for me personally to go get my tires there (boyfriend has been before). The guy was super nice and a gentleman. Handed out cold bottled waters to his customers. When I pulled in he got me a chair and put me in front of the fan. Then ask if I was good. I bought four tires and didn't take long to put on at all. He even looked over everything again before I left. Would recommend to everyone!!! Thank yall.
