“I walked in and was greeted by three associates, one female in the ink and toner section and two males with dreadlocks in the customer service and technology section. I was trying to locate a 32gb USB flash drive and they went above and beyond to provide me help. One of the associates looked on his inventory device and the other even attempted to call the other local store when I requested it. It was a team effort and after looking in the store we were able to locate the item in the front. These associates went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. All sales associates deserve acknowledgment for their involvement in helping customers. Thank you and I look forward to my future visit to Office Depot.”
“ECP Computers is the gold standard when it comes to customer service. They are knowledgable, fast, and most importantly incredibly friendly. I had some PC issues so I called around to other shops and no one would even look at my PC for less than $150 to run diagnostics. Then I called EPC and they ran diagnostics for free! They quickly diagnosed the issue and repaired my PC for 1/3 the price I would have had to spend elsewhere and had a fast turnover too. I was already sold on them but 2 weeks after I got my PC back my power supply went out, so I called EPC and they helped me over the phone to try and troubleshoot the issues but I had to take it back in. Initially thinking I was going to have to buy a proprietary part which I was not looking forward to. Once I got to the shop they went above and beyond and researched different power supplies and found one that would work. They swapped the power supplies out for me right then and there and saved me a couple of hundred dollars. I can not recommend them enough! So if you are in the Southeast Texas area and you have any computer issues or are in the market for a PC PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE check out EPC, I promise you that you will not be disappointed!”
