Terrible service. They replaced a motor that was under warranty. New motor is burning oil and they refuse to look at it without me doing testing to prove it!!?????? AND the Body shop installed the wrong decals, and refuses to return calls to correct. Outrageous how terrible this place is. Go to any dealership and body shop except this one

Service visit was a disappointment . New tire was somewhat higher than quoted and mounted on rear not in front where requested. Someone forgot the promised car wash. What was really annoying was the new 3.5% credit card fee in addition to the shop supplies and data storage fee. I suspect this dealership incurs a much smaller credit card fee than that but that expense for decades has been treated as a cost of business . It's only lately that everyone is adding it on to bills. Bidenomics or just more profit? Maybe next there will be a mandatory tip added to pay the salaries of the service writer and cashier?

GW said we had no other choice except to buy the 2500 warranty that would cover any chips, dings, or bugs. Said it already had went through and had the coating on it. We weren’t happy about it but thought it might be worth it if we ever got a chip in the paint. Well We got a chip in the paint and come to find out all it covers is LOVE BUGS. Who in their right mind would pay 2500 to get love bugs off your truck? We just feel very misled and hope no one else falls for this. So unprofessional and sad.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SCAM DOING BUSINESS. I HOPE WHOEVER READS THIS RUNS THE OTHER WAY. I HAVE BOUGHT MULTIPLE VEHICLES IN MY LIFE AND NEVER BEEN SCAMMED LIKE THIS BEFORE. THE SALESMAN TO THE FINANCE GUY. BE CAREFUL OUT THERE. The finance guy Clark though on the other hand will fraudulently add stuff to your loan without you knowing about it. Since I’ve bought the truck I’ve been told by multiple people he done the same thing to them. My bank is working on getting extended warranty coverage off my loan that I told Clark I didn’t want but he added anyway. Just be very vigilant with mR Clark in the finance department. Because of him I would not recommend this business to any of my friends.
Y’all also watch out for that 2500 dollar charge they tell you that you have to get. It comes on all their vehicles. They will say it covers paint chips and all but when you bring truck up there for paint chip they say it don’t cover it. Make sure you read everything. I’ve never had another dealership scam me like this one has. This place is straight trash and I’ll never be back and neither will none of my family. Please read everything before signing cause I promise they will get you.

Was waiting for a call back about a truck being approved from another bank never got one. called multiple times left voice mails that where not listed too. Two days after got a call saying they had a missed call and I said yes you did and I left messages about a truck I’m trying to buy said oh ya that’s right gave the excuses it’s just me no help under staging is not on me I don’t run the place. But they said they where waiting on me to call back but I did then come to find out selling it from under me but I never got a call back that’s cool my business will go elsewhere. Mike I believe was my finance person and from what I see he adds on things so maybe it’s a blessing I didn’t go through this dealer!

First of all thank you Clark Shores for informing me that you all have an EV charging station. I never told him when I would come by. When I did the people that saw me treated me like royalty. I was on the back step waiting for the charge to complete. I had a salesperson, porter and a parts guy offer me a cooler place to wait inside. Very nice. Finally I did proceed to go inside. I ended up in a waiting room that did not have a television nor did it have refreshments. Two not one young ladies ushered me to the correct waiting room. In this area I was engaged by mechanics and the owners son. Even the owner spoke in passing. That’s unheard of when people don’t know you. If you need a Cadillac - Chevrolet - GMC stop by and see my friends at Classic! Michael Cooper

Service agent was very helpful even when my appointment was not easily located. He was very nice to have the service technician retain an oil sample. I know that’s not a typical request. Quick service. I was out in 30 minutes. 10 of that was getting me setup in the system.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I had a 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 and brought it in for minor fixes and it was in the shop for 3 months and they didn’t fix the problem. Very disappointed and will not go back.
