Horrible customer service! The manager working there tonight (3/14/24) verbally harassed me as usual. He is rude every time I go in there and lies saying the lotto machine is broken or that he has no money to cash in my tickets. He speaks to his employees in a different language and I know he is saying something negative about me. I just figured he was having a bad day so stayed quiet til tonight which was the last straw. And I haven't been here in awhile bc of this guy til this evening. My young kids were in there and they heard him verbally attacking me. Anyways, a customer asked me if I had won a lot on the tickets so I answered him saying I spent 160 but only won back 110. Then this manager starts getting irate telling me my attitude is bad. He needs to check HIS attitude. I feel sorry for his employees if this is the way he treats them, too.He is supposed to model good behavior and patience especially being the manager. And how dare he talk to me this way? If he had a problem with me then commenting about the rolls, he should have addressed it then and there. Instead, he has let his anger build and build and get worse til he exploded tonight. He was like, "What do you want?! What else?!" He is extremely rude and unprofessional. This manager thinks I'm blaming them for bad rolls bc he doesn't understand English. Rolls are random. Everyone knows that. Some days you get lucky and other days you don't. Anyways, I have had to endure his verbal abuse and rude customer service several times. Zero stars is what I give this place if possible bc of this crazy guy with a bad temper and ill manners. I am spending my money here bringing them business and he has been talking down to me and lying nonstop. I have no problems anywhere else. Just bc this manager is unhappy with himself, his job, and his life doesn't give him the right to mistreat and insult customers. He is not a good person. I hope his brothers get rid of him and transfer him out of this town. His unruly behavior was uncalled for and so inappropriate. I am still in shock with how he acted and lashed out at me. Very disappointed in him.

Some of the best food around. The breakfast croissant is mind-blowing. Also friendly staff and clean bathroom.
