I worked in Mérida, Mexico in a Chico's store where the clothes are designed for women over 35 years old. And I really recognize that the brand in general has very good quality since I had the opportunity to interact with the clients and they have a very good reference and opinion of the brand and its garments or products.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!We were in the middle of paying then the cops showed up and my family and i kindly said hello then the cops asked who called? and i was thinking probably the wrong person WRONG. the same lady checking us out points at my uncle saying he was creeping her out and making her uncomfortable. CONTEXT: My uncle was waiting in the truck for us to finish shopping and only came in the store to use the bathroom. He never once touched her or be a creep he simply said hi how are you? and went about his day. and i know he wouldn’t do such a thing i’ve known this man my whole life and he was with us for the rest of the time after he left the bathroom. also side note the lady was acting weird since the moment my aunt and i walked in following us around she didn’t even say when we wanted to try things on. Absolutely rude i didn’t think this would ever happen. also yes we did leave and canceled the transaction. btw we are all mexican who were speaking spanish in the store we do believe this might of been because of our race.

Love their clothing. Staff is friendly, helpful and honest if you ask them how something looks on you. Had to replace my entire wardrobe & the majority of my clothing is from Chico's now.

I went in there a slow day. There were 2 salespeople both with clients. They said hello to me. After their clients left, no one would help me. They were busy straightening the store. I come to Chico’s for personal service. I needed new clothes. It really hurt my feeling to be treated so poorly. Next time I will shop in lake Charles. They are always kind and helpful. Honestly I will never return. One black lady just rude. I really felt like it was racism.

I called and asked if they were hiring, a simple yes or no question. They told me I need to call another day because they’re closed right now. Why answer the phone if you’re closed? Very RUDE.

Comfortable and attractive women's clothing. Probably not desirable for the under 35 group. Join their passport club (free) to get discounts. Sales staff are always very helpful and accommodating.
