This particular store holds what is my epitome of bad customer service. Despite the fact I continuously return due to its convenience to where I normally find myself, I hate going in and dealing with the staff. Let me just start by saying that the gas prices are usually spot on and the store will have what your looking for as for drinks and snacks the other oddball things these stores are known for, but, the service is terrible. It begins with a language barrier, common amongst most gas stations but here its very difficult. Its escalated by the fact that what I need is behind the counter so I have to play the point game and describe it by color. You gotta know your products people! Anyway my purchase usually goes along with a cup, in which I grab the little coffee ones and I'm sure to ask if its free. They tell me yes everytime and then charge me for it, of course I don't know that until after I pay and getting a refund on debit is too difficult so I usually stomp me feet, moan and tell them that's screwed up then piss my pants and leave. I feel 2 stars is necessary because I do my best to explain what I want and they continue to due what they want under my nose. I don't mind paying for a product, but don't lie to me in your quest to steal 38 cents out my checking account. Customer service is everything in our world that's filled with options, so that explains my rating and why I'll try not to go back again, though I'm sure I will.
