Saturday 9/16/2023 tried using chase as that's "our" bank. Only 1 atm and it didn't work. Nasty and filthy on top of that. Had to drive down to wells Fargo for cash and pay fee cuz our bank atm didn't work!!! Absolutely not ok.

Customer service here is incredible. Ms. Rose and the lady behind the desk (can’t remember her name) both were exceptional employees. Helpful and friendly.

I’ve been using this branch for over 10 years. Never had a problem. I love the in lobby ATMs.I see the bad reviews but I’ve always had good service.

Main person in the office was very slow and incredibly slow and incompetent. Clearly has no idea what she was doing and should be fired. I've met special needs children with higher IQ than her. The one guy that was directed people around was very helpful to the best he could.

They closed my account with no explanation said that was confidential information then froze my money with no just cause and im still trying to get my life's savings from them and this was since December 13 2020.This ? bank whom I thought was a reputable bank was anything but reputable.

Just opened 2 accounts here switching from capital one. Very professional service. Was greeted immediately upon entering the bank and was helped right away. Even received a follow up email from the branch for any additional assistance I might need.

Since moving here, this branch had really friendly and helpful people. I just recieved a call from one of the bankers calling to ensure I was aware of their hours and services that are available during this odd time. Always polite.
