I called the bank on Dowden in Beaumont TX, spoke to a Mr Stanley.he was Rude, uninformed and incompetent and does not need to have a job in customer service. I don't have a account there but after speaking to this man I never will..what happened to Good Customer Service.i was inquiring about currencies..he doesn't even believe is Jamie Diamond is opening banks in Iraq... Lost my business

Been a customer for over 8 years. Came in last week to cash my check when I got my envelope I noticed my License wasn’t in there. I went back to advise the teller about it and she kept denying about her having it. She told me she would give me a call if it was found. Later that day I went to work and she calls me that she found it but can return it back to me since it was thanksgiving weekend, so I had to wait till Monday. So I call the bank on Monday afternoon to let them know that I will be picking up my License that they kept but I will be arriving minutes late since I work in Louisiana. The lady answering the phone told me it’s fine and that they will wait for me to arrive. Once I get there that afternoon minutes late i noticed locked doors and I start knocking on the door and see bank employees hear my knocking and running to hide and exit on a side door. I try to confront and tell them about my license situation and they ignore me and get in there cars and drive away. A security guard saw me and tried to help me but an employee in a blue car said they can’t help me since it was closed. I tried explaining that they made the mistake of keeping my license and are messing with my time for there own mistake. But I got completely ignored now I have to miss work tomorrow to be able to make a drive to that bank for a mistake they made so I can be able to get my license bank. This bank is very unprofessional and rude I will be closing my account and take my business somewhere else.DONT RECOMMEND THIS BANK AT ALL!

Been a customer for 20 plus years and now theres a new security guard telling people they cant wait and park upfront until the bank open at 9am. So me and others who got there at 10-20 minutes til 9 had to move for security reasons. Have him find a hobby.

The people that work at this bank seem to be very nice. I've noticed this and I've been here less than a year in Beaumont. But I've been banking with Chase for over 20 years. I am handicapped and I walk into the bank only to find one teller Working and all other employees walking around talking to one another and or assisting other customers. Not until I was out the door did somebody finally come up to me and ask if I could be helped. The eight minutes I stood in line which was greatly difficult in my situation nobody offered. This is shameful!

I've always experience friendly service at this branch.. It is easy to get to off the main freeway and can see it before the turn into parking lot.

I had the worst experience ever today I walked in the bank around 4:20 and left around 5:12 I came in to get money out of my account for a down payment on a car so I changed the amount a girl walked away with my social card and license I redid another slip came back the girl was gone ten mins later I discovered that another girl had my personal info in her hand Im thinking okay the girl asked what is the money for I said a car lot she said that they wouldn’t take cash and that I had to get a cashiers check so about 20 mins later I’m thinking what’s the issue the cashier said it’s giving her a authorization pop up so this lady walks out in front of me and asked the girl what does she want she explained and they said well let someone else do the cashiers check I was in there for soo long the dealership call me and asked what’s going on I told them because they can’t take cash it’s a issue the salesman’s said that’s not truth we take cash the branch manager (I’m assuming because he never introduced himself) said that’s it’s too late and if we do cash it may flag the account as fraud so I have to take the check I said well can you wave the fees since your cashier told me incorrect information and for the inconvenience of me being in here he said unfortunately he couldn’t he gave me the check and told me the exit out the door not one person said I’m sooo sorry for the inconvenience or this issue they treated me as if I did something wrong I have several accounts with them and have never experienced this I can’t wait to contact the district manager!

This place is horrific, the customer service is awful. The first time I was here I was Ignored at least 20 minutes I needed to make a address change and also request a new card.The second time I needed paperwork for Dhs office due to covid related issues and was told they hold the paper Ive never had this situation since covid has hit the United States. This was the bank Manager!!!
