Charlie and his son are very personable as well as helpful. I called, just with questions about having my Rolex serviced, and was pleasantly surprised that their in-house watch master, Mr. Gomez, could take care of it for me. Two weeks later.. all done. Very happy with Nacol’s attention and service.

These people are great. Had a bracelet with more sentimental value than monetary. Clasp had gotten loose over the years. Brought it in and they tightened it for me free of charge. Thank you guys. The bracelet was given to me by my father

I have a gold pocket watch from the 1940's that was my grandfather's. I could not get the glass to seat. The gentleman fixed it for me in a few moments and didn't want any payment. Thank you so much, it means the world to me.
