Took my phone for a diagnosis about 2 months ago, was charged $40 for the guy to tell me what the problem was. Went again about a week ago to get it fix, I was charged another $40. My phone was sent out and I couldn't get fix. Went back to pick it up and the guy refuse to reimbursement $40. His allegations was that they had to pay for shipping. We'll didn't the first $40 cover that??? Now I'm $80 in the phone and is not working. Thank for the bad bad customer service ?
