“Great service! Everything was perfecT! I’m a quadriplegic with a high level of C5/C6 incomplete injury! I started for a can couldn’t afford it but I was determined to leave driving something! With God I went back to therapy and told them teach me to do it from a manual chair! I learned brought a car and got them to do the hand controls! They will always get my services on any vehicle I modify as long as I’m in Texas!

“I needed a rental car at a moments notice. They drove from Beaumont to bridge city to pick me up, gave me a car, were extremely polite and helpful in every aspect. I had to bring the car back and wait until I had a ride to pick me up. Their office was close to closing, but they allowed me to wait in the car I had already returned until my ride made it to the location so I wouldn’t have to wait in the cold. Top notch customer service in my book. This is how you get repeat customers. 5 STARS!!!”

“Thank you, Caleb!!! I had rented a car in Ohio and was visiting family in Texas and due to circumstances I needed to extend my rental. I was in a panic as I couldn't extend my reservation over the phone via the 1-800 number. So, I drove to the local retailer and Caleb was there. He was very helpful! He was able to extend my rental without charging me extra fees. Upon my return of the rental car to Ohio the representative there stated that Caleb billed me correctly and not all Avis representatives do this properly. Thanks again Caleb!
