“My experience at This Hertz was the best experience I’ve ever had at a car rental place. EVERY single time I ever had to rent a car there was always a problem, a rude employee, I always left feeling cheated. Not here, the main lady in charge knows what’s she doing, she is so respectful, and gets stuff done and makes sure she helps you with all your needs. And she does all this helping multiple people at the same time, including multiple people randomly popping in asking questions they can find online. She’s respectful, quick and DESERVES A RAISE.”

“Thank you, Caleb!!! I had rented a car in Ohio and was visiting family in Texas and due to circumstances I needed to extend my rental. I was in a panic as I couldn't extend my reservation over the phone via the 1-800 number. So, I drove to the local retailer and Caleb was there. He was very helpful! He was able to extend my rental without charging me extra fees. Upon my return of the rental car to Ohio the representative there stated that Caleb billed me correctly and not all Avis representatives do this properly. Thanks again Caleb! I appreciate your kindness as well as your fantastic customer service!”
