The preferred company we are to use required 48 hour schedule time and I didn't have that much time with the rain and my travel schedule. I called Sunday evening and they had me in at 8:00 am Monday. Not only did they replace the windows within a few hours, but cleaned all the broken glass out of the carpet and seats. I might add, the cost was much less than the competitor. He introduced himself and gave me all the information immediatly. David helped me contact my insurance company to find out my coverage and save me $70, which I am so thankful for! I was really dreading talking to them, so I was pretty excited that he let me sit in the car and handled all of it for me. Before I knew it the chip was gone and he was sending me on my way.
