Willie at BMW of Beaumont and the whole team were fantastic. I was looking for a particular model with a standard transmission. Although BMW of Beamont did not have the vehicle, they found it and did what needed to be done to get it. I am so very happy.

Everytime I bring my car in for service brakes or oil change 20 miles after check engine light comes on and car won't go over 60mph. Eveytime I even told my wife before I went watch it will happen again. Tried getting management on the phone no one would come the poor service girl was only person I could talk to. I would not recommend this place at least when Alexandria did this they towed it and fixed it and owned up to their mistake not beaumont they won't even come to the phone.

Fantastic service! We were driving from New Orleans home to Austin and our AC started flaking on us. Was able to get an early Monday appointment and had great service, adjusted the AC programming, washed the car and did a multi point inspection and got us back on the road by noon!
