Did the self serve, wash did as expected for an express machine wash. It's not going to get in all the cracks. That is the only reason for two stars.
Only 4 stations had vacuums hooked up. The vacuums were awful. Couldn't even suck up a dried up gummy bear from the car seat. I had a lot of sand from a beach trip and it struggled.
Also had bins for new and used towels which would have been great but they were empty.
Will not be going back here unless I needed an exterior wash only.

Every day it is more expensive and they clean less, one day you go and it costs 15 and when you go again it is already 25.99, I do not recommend it

I went by today in my truck and my wife followed me in her car to Baybright to get both of our cars washed.Two guys washed off our cars before we went through the wash bay.The high pressure nozzles weren’t working and the side rollers weren’t either.When we drove out the self vacuum wasn’t working either.Also soap still on cars.Pitiful! I came home and washed them both again and did it right.Won’t go back there again.Just a bad place to do business with!

Car wash brushes were broken so vehicles were somewhat washed with the use of extended handle brushes by 4 employees manually. Only rinse cycle and dry work at the time of service.

For $50 the Mangers Special you would think you could get a better wash then this. They tried to stay the fender wells is extra charge. It’s water and takes 2 minutes.

They change prices as they go I would not rate them as 1star but that is lowest amount you give they need fix vacuum because they are all broke and the car wash sucks you need to close down

Apparently, they are under new management, and things are going downhill. Went by today (5/19/24). None of the high pressure nozzles in the car wash were working. One of the spinny things wasn’t spinning. So I got a bunch of soap, but no pressure wash. Just a “spot-free” rinse at the end. Soap mixed with dirt and smeared. Then, tried to vacuum at the self-serve. About 4 or 5 bays don’t even have hoses. The ones I tried to use barely had any suction at all. I could pick up the dirt grain by grain with my fingers faster. This used to be a top notch place, but recently going downhill it seems. Hopefully, the new management improves things quickly. Too many other nice car washes in the area to be mediocre.
They have had a long-standing relationship with P&M Texaco, free car wash and full-service vacuum and wipe down. Apparently, “new management” has nixed the full-service part.

Although I have been coming to this car wash for years, I would recommend this car wash for a quick wash 'n go place for the vehicles. It is not like a "professional hand wash where they detail to perfection" kind of thing. But more of a, quick wash. The car wash will not get rid of all the bugs, but just will minimally decrease the amount of debre off the vehicle. That's how these automated machines work. At times, place can become crowded, but waiting is okay. Staff is great. I would say that this car wash does do its job in getting the vehicle cleaned not to perfection, but in a way to get rid of a couple debre off the vehicle.

Got to watch closely they cut corners and try to say what they do but do half way, cut back on water as well as wax I will not be back!!!!

Express Lane was easy but the self vacuum was not good I tried different ones and they do not have a strong suction
