It was way to packed they need a larger store... and vetter set up for the holiday rush!!!! I couldn't even buy what I wanted due to the customers being so rude and running over us due to lack of space!!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM BATH & BODY WORKS. REASON #1. IT'S GOING TO BE SHIPPED TO A WRONG ADDRESS#2 CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL MAKE EXCUSES FOR YOU NOT RECEIVING YOUR PACKAGE AT YOUR CORRECT ADDRESS#3 AS OF THIS DATE I HAD TO FILE A CLAIM WITH FEDEX TO TRACK MY PACKAGE & & IT WENT TO AN ADDRESS I HAVEN'T USED IN 6 YEAR BECAUSE OF BATH & BODY WORKS INCORRECT INFORMATION THANK GOD THE PEOPLE DIDNT KNOW MY PACKAGE WAS SITTING OUTSIDE OF THEIR DOOR!!

Always busy here but service is great. This last time in they had 3 extra registers set up in the checkout line to speed up service during the holidays.I find that this location is so busy that they sell out of certain scents a lot, so ordering online is sometimes a must.I wish they opened earlier but I guess the whole mall opens later.This location is easy to get in and out of from main mall doors. There is always plenty of sales associates to help.

When I first entered the store the worker didn't speak or welcome me in or ask if I needed help. It wasn't until I was at the check out that I encountered a friendly welcoming worker. But I do love the products
