“After a MISERABLE experience elsewhere, we had our insurance cover a tow to this garage for a second opinion. Although Glen's wasn't really able to assist, they were able to provide honest feedback and we did not have to chase them down. They were extremely apologetic and did not want it to seem as if they were passing along a problem to someone else, but they did exactly what we had asked them to do: be honest. Our problem was not a problem they were equipped to handle. As much as I would love to come back here, due to the nature of their business, I hope I don't!! (no offense!)”

Once for an oil leak and once for a transmission fluid leak, both times I had my vehicle back to me within 24 hours and the first time even got a ride back home from one of the mechanics. My 3rd break light was not working and they asked if I didn't mind them replacing it. I said yes, and about a minute later I thought "dang, I forgot to ask how much!?".Receptionist gave me the bill for the $7 inspection and I reminded her about the bulb. “My husband was broke down in Beaumont with a Turbo out. We called Greg at TPS on Sunday asking about availability. He did not have any but said Monday for sure he could help us. So Monday comes and not only did he come to where my husband was but helped him basically rebuild the turbo with another turbo made sure it worked and charged us an amazing price. These people go above and beyond with their customer service and Greg deserves a raise!!! My faith in customer service and humanity has been restored!! If he has to have another turbo I would be more than glad to drive 4 hours just to go to TPS!!! Thank you Greg and TPS!! God Bless!!”
