Last week paid $90 for 2 used 15" tires. But it's crazy cuz my friend went to them for way bigger tires 2 of them for $50! Anyways one of the tires they gave me had a chunk taken out of it and they didn't balance them so my car shakes like crazy ever since I left.

When I went there in June, the service was done quick and easy. I stayed in my car and paid cash. Cost me a few bucks to patch my tire.

I favor another smaller tire shop one man operation but he was closed. Alvarez was opened and crew solved my problem quickly and not at much cost relative to my problem.

They broke a stud off my tire and wouldn't pay to fix it just handed me back the extra lug nut and still charged me full price for the tire rotation don't go here! Spend your money elsewhere.

the reason for this review? I do not recommend going to This Establishment because of the fact that my cousin had her vehicle serviced there and they did not put all the parts for the spacers on her tire which ultimately caused her tire to fall off of her vehicle. she proceeded to call them to let them know of the situation and in turn they decided to cuss her out and said it wasn't their problem but in technical terms yes it is their problem because they did the work they are liable. I'm going to let them know right now even though I'm over 700 miles away from her I've contacted the Better Business bureau in Texas because she recorded the phone call and they now have it. I hope they are very well aware that the Better Business bureau can shut them down if they do not make things right and pull their operating license
