A friend suggested I check Destination Ford over in East Bernard. I met with Javier there. He showed me several trucks and I eventually selected one and purchased it. Javier was knowledgeable and put me at ease. The manager, as well as the finance guy were great,too.
I've had my truck for about 2 months now. They have kept in contact with me and quickly and professionally handled a few minor issues that arose.
It's well worth the drive to check them out.”

“My husband, fancying himself a welder, attempted to fix our truck's aftermarket muffler system when the tip unexpectedly fell off. His DIY effort, evident in one of the photos, was unfortunately unsuccessful, and the muffler tip detached again. Fortunately, we found Express Muffler. Not only did they provide new muffler tips, but their craftsmanship was both beautiful and impeccable. We're extremely satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. They were lifesavers, accommodating us at short notice, and were a pleasure to work with. Our experience with them was thoroughly enjoyable.”

Does it sometimes take a second because they're very busy? Yes. But I know it by now so I stay on top of it on the phone if I need my car, or wait patiently if I don't. Overall, they're very honest (One time, Guy offered not to charge me for the replacement labor if I brought in my own battery, which he did) and I trust that they know what they're doing. I have been to other mechanics that did not give me the same peace of mind and this is not a good feeling when driving your car on Houston highways.”
