“There is a young lady who works at the Ross’s on 146–I believe that is still considered part of Baytown. Over the past 2-3 months, I have shopped there maybe 3-4 times. Since that time, I always see this same young lady — working so hard!
Last night—when I arrived, she was hanging up returned, or tried on, clothing back to their appropriate areas—she is very fast! Then, not long after, I see her at the cashier/return area—the ONLY employee in that area—greeting each customer, answering the phone, taking returns, ringing up sales—and all while being professional, welcoming, smart, quick—and always with kindness. Her name is “Rachel.” Please give this young Lady praise, respect & encouragement! We ALL, each need to lift others up—by being positive, encouraging, respectful, showing appreciation — positive brings positive. A positive culture attracts & keeps — GREAT folks—GREAT employees.

“Cato is a nice fashion store. They have regular and plus size clothing, shoes, jewelry and accessories. The clothing are vibrant colors and patterns. The staff is kind. Nice clothing for work and casual.”

“One star off because I saw the clothes in clearance deal with little less prices than full price at which I bought couple months ago. I wish they always kept the average price instead of full price then some % off and then clearance price. But I like the place for shopping clothes for my whole family.”

“The owner and cashier are very friendly and professional. A “Karen” came in today with an overgrown and untrained “service animal” putting all of the customers at risk. The dog was barking at people and even terrified a service worker who displayed he frozen with terror, as the dog barked and sniffed him. The owner of the store was very polite and calm and asked the “Karen” nicely to control her animal or she would be asked to leave. SHE NEVER KICKED HER OUT! Even though the dog was out of control. The owner of the dog even admitted to the dog “not being trained to NOT bark yet…” Once the “Karen” left on her own free will with the “service animal” in hand, the energy was restored. I have worked in the travel industry for almost 20 years and I have never heard a service animal bark at anyone! With the exception of if the service animals owner is in clear and present danger or distress and in need of medical attention. If your service Animal is not trained to be of service to the owner, please keep them out of all establishments until they are.Other than that, the shop is well stocked, clean, welcoming, and the people who own and work there are very intentional and knowledgeable. Thank you for a beautiful experience!”
