My son hasn't attended this daycare in a year. I ran into a parent tonight and found out the ladies that work up front were gossiping about the reason we parted ways. Discussing a family's underage child and their personal information is a breech of confidentiality and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Highly doubt it was the first or last time they have violated someones personal information.Edit: What a coincidence!! The very next day, after you receive a negative review for your unprofessional behavior, you receive a review from someone who has been going to your center for 8 years highly recommending you. They just woke up and thought TODAY IS THE DAY, AFTER 8 LONG YEARS, TO LEAVE WIZ KIDS A REVIEW. It's highly unlikely. I am confident another breech of confidentiality took place, and you violated my privacy again to explain that you needed a good review to backdoor a negative one. Instead of trying to clean up a bad review, learn how to respect a family's privacy. All this does is validate my review.Another edit: I just read the horrible review you got 3 months ago. Right after that, you got 7 good reviews back to back. How coincidental is that!!! Instead of continuing to prove how unprofessional you are by trying to clean up bad reviews, you should invest in educating your staff on how to be professional and speak to/treat families.

I absolutely love this center. Both my boys have been coming here for about 8 yrs now. The management really works with my family and my children's needs. Highly recommended.

The staff is highly approachable, warm and inviting. They know their kids and parents personally. You are not just a number. My daughter has blossomed here being exposed to hands on rigorous curriculum and activities. The opportunities given to parents for engagement range from classroom parties, festivals, and more. This helps make us feel connected. The center is always decorated as well as student-centered with all the kids projects. My daughter goes on and on about plants she is growing, songs with her ABCs, seasons, etc. She took her first Pre-K field trip here. My husband and I feel very comfortable in their care which is vitally important to us as educators so that we can do our jobs and know that our daughter is in good hands without worry. The registration process was easy and the constant in person updates as well as app communications keep our minds at ease. I highly recommend WizKids Daycare & Academy without any reservations. We feel right at home with the family feel and wonderful environment for our daughter to continue to thrive.

very tough management and they were very mean to me, at first they were very nice and understood and after that they totally change and their teacher is not professional at all and they don’t know how to treat with kids. my son he is a three and half years old They called me and they told me that my son hit somebody so you have to come pick up your son and that’s his last day and once I come to see what’s happened I ask if the other child is OK they told me yes he’s OK now he’s fine but this is the last day for your son because he hits somebody twice and they be like your son is too big to others and he’s strong. He’s not the same level of others. They are very mean that’s not his problem if he’s big to others So why they are a daycare isn’t it to watch kids and keep eyes on them and stop them of doing the wrong things they are all a little and children and we all know that children’s fight and hits each other that’s normal, but we have to guide them to stop doing the wrong things and they can make a mistake also so adults have to keep eyes on them and stop them of doing the wrong thing’s so they should of stop him once he start hit others not to blame him because he’s big to others that’s really mean and rude from them!! one more thing that I told them that my kids they haven’t been in daycare before this is the first time so they need to use to it. They need to feel comfortable with others my kids once I pick them up from the daycare they were starving hungry they haven’t eaten from 9 AM. they don’t care if the kids are eating or didn’t eat after all I just picked up my son and they asked me what about your daughter I told them I just rolled them just because I want them together so if they are not together so what’s the point and I came back to pick her up and I told them that her last day and after I leave, they charge me for the whole week for my daughter and they be like yes because she stayed for one day and it probably was only half a day i’m really very upset of what just what happened they don’t have the right to blame others because of their size or color or race shame on this kind of management

I absolutely love this daycare! The staff are very kind, educated , and love taking care of their little ones. My son has been going here for 9 years, he is autistic; and when he started he was nonverbal. They have gone above and beyond with not only caring for him, but also helping him to cultivate his verbal and social skills, as well as aid in teaching him how to regulate his emotions when he got overstimulated. He loves going to daycare and seeing his teachers and friends. They have been a life saver, we don’t know what we would do without them!

My son has been attending since he was six months old and absolutely loves this place. The staff and teachers are amazing and I never have to worry about my son not getting the attention and love he needs! Michelle, Kasey or Katherine always make you feel welcome first thing in the morning and I can’t Express my gratitude enough for this place!

My son has been going here for over a year and my newborn will be starting soon. I absolutely love the staff and they are very attentive. They communicate very well. My 2 year old loves coming here and loves his teachers. The facility is very clean and they provide healthy meals to the kids. The ladies at the front desk are always very nice

My kids love it here!! The management team is awesome!! They always welcome my kids and me with a smile and warm greeting. The staff is active and attentive to all the children and did I mention... My kids love it here!! It is so hard to find reliable childcare and feel safe when leaving your children in the care of others but when your kids look forward to daycare and are taken care of, it is the best feeling in the world.

My daughter loved it here. Unfortunately we moved, and our hearts broke having to relocate to a new facility. We loved the staff and appreciate them so much for the love they showed my daughter! Highly recommend :)

First my daughter LOVED this place for Summer Camp. They went on SEVERAL field trips. Like 2 a week. They went to some AWESOME places Astros Stadium, Natural Science museum, the aquarium just to name a few. They did arts and crafts and played games and had plenty of outside time. I'd recommend them if you are looking for before and after care or Camp next Summer. Their infant programs on up to pre k are outstanding as well. I can vouch for that because I was an employee as well.Now as an EMPLOYEE ALSO.... this is an amazing place to work. The director and assistant director are supportive, nurturing, understanding, and what directors and assistant directors should be. EVERYONE IS A TEAM. We all helped each other. NO ONE Struggles. No mean girls or toxic environment here. Just everyone with a goal of teaching and nurturing kids. I literally only left because I was relocating. If you're looking for a great place for your kid. Or a JOB.... this is where you want to be.

My grandchildren come to this daycare and I wouldn’t have them go anywhere else. The facility is amazing and the teachers and admin genuinely care about the children and families.

The one star is all I’ll give because there were some really genuine ladies that work here. My daughters have been going here since babies! And never ever had an issue then all of a sudden I began to feel bad vibes from Catherine (the big one.) Something just felt off but I looked passed it. I get a call saying she going to report us because we are neglecting one of my daughters. Never bothers to question me to even make sure what this baby told her is even accurate. Of course the moment cps comes to my home and questions my daughter the case is dropped because anyone that knows us knows my daughter’s are very well cared for. Heck the daycare was literally getting paid for nothing because I barely took my children unless absolutely necessary. The sad part is these people knew us have cried with us when my family experienced certain things then turned around and did this. I’ll definitely be reporting her because she is causing problems for honest working families simply because she can. There are people really out here beating their kids, starving them, etc but my babies have NEVER been beaten. Heck I never even brought my babies to daycare with a runny nose, they never been hungry, always clean and extremely loved. Be careful what you tell them thinking they actually care because they will use it later. I told them how I don’t like my husband driving because he has health issues and while reporting me for neglect she throws in there that my husband should not be driving. But legally my husband is still able to drive! So she made herself look very suspicious. Report evidence not your opinions. Report actual abuse. Definitely won’t get another dollar from caring for my children. Side note I was told she fired a previous employee simply because she was having a bad day even tried to apologize after firing her. This employee was absolutely amazing even begin to cry when telling me why she was no longer working there because she loved her job. I added this because it seems to me Catherine is very impulsive and is capable of anything.

My son has gone here for 3 years and this is the best, most caring daycare I have ever seen. They have activities for the kids and are always open with communication with us. Love Wiz kids!!

We have has horrible experiences with other daycares, in our desperate search for someone with openings last minute. We called Wiz Kids. We got a tour and a complete run down of how everything works. Our 2 year old is learning so much from sign language and numbers to colors and alphabet. He loves coming into his class every day and loves their wide variety of food especially the vegetables.
