This is the closest Walgreens to me and I get more helpful service at the one on Garth and Birdsong. If there is a printer in the back why wasn’t I given the option to send my Fedex paper there or get it printed out so I can get my package delivered? The other location gave me that option and that really helped me out considering it was a holiday and I work long hours so am not able to get out to do important things sometimes without having to take off from work. I started to ask but if someone doesn’t offer they obviously don’t care to help…

The pharmacy tech Zannat and the pharmacist Shiny were very kind and friendly and went out of their way to locate and fill my medication!

The treatment is horrible. Things are whispered among the cashiers, they treat you with contempt when you decide to use the application's resources to save on your purchases. Disappointing treatment when you as a customer are spending your money there. However, when the thieves come in to fill their backpacks with stolen things, they don't make any gestures, apparently it's better for them. If the application provides coupons, it is to use them, it is not the money of the cashiers or the manager or the floor manager, it seems that by using it you are stealing from your own pocket.

Sierra helped me with my photo order on the Walgreens website because the kiosk and app wasn’t working. She stopped what she was doing to help me even though it took a while. Very sweet and nice.

Worse Pharmacy, I dropped off a prescription and they told me the medicine was going to be ready at noon. I came after work 7 pm they told me is out of stock. While my daughter was really sick. The staff is inconsiderable and incompetent. They should of call me to tell me the medicine was out of stock. I recommend Birdsong Pharmacy. Unfortunately, they were out of stock and I was informed immediately when I tried to dropped off the prescription.

The young lady that helped me out n the pharmacy, was very helpful and polite and professional. She made sure everything was right by me and 2 my liking and made sure I understood everything about my meds. This a staff member that will keep me coming bk for gud customer service.

This location is very terrible and worse the employees who works there. They are unprofessional and rude.
The pharmacist are liar and unprofessional they will give you 1000% person hard time in order to pick up any medicine. Do not ever schedule your medicine here. This people are pathetic. I would rather go somewhere else than wasting my time over here with this people.
Unless if you want to deal with this, then go to this location, I won’t ever recommend this to anyone not even to my enemies

Customer service is horrible at the photo counter. Went to pick up photo cards and wasn’t given envelopes. When asked for them the lady wanted to argue that they were prints only, even though we proved from our order that they came with envelopes. Which she still didn’t give us. Then we noticed the bottom of the cards were cut off. We had proof everything was in the box to assure it would fit. She was rude and told us it was our fault. Not willing to offer assistance or look at what we sent in. We were obviously wasting her time. This was the first and last time I will be using this Walgreens for our photo needs.

I called to see if I could get my prescription earlier today (I called over 3 hours before coming in) I get there and the prescription hasn’t even been pulled. The other girl the one NOT waiting on me put her 2 cents in to tell me that they have whatever number of prescriptions to be filled. I said I understand that and that’s why I called to make sure that I could get it with my other one and not have to come back. She was so rude!!! I still had to wait for my prescriptions.They had the drive thru closed off with buggies and a note that you weren’t able to see until you went inside??♀️Teach your people better customer service please. If it wasn’t for people needing medications young lady you wouldn’t have a job!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Literally the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with.Don’t even attempt going through the drive through if there’s other cars. It will take well over 30 minutes. When you FINALLY get to the window they usually won’t have your meds ready. Workers are then rude and act like it’s your fault.Gone twice 2 days in a row for same meds and they said all 4 times meds would be ready in 30 minutes.
