Call and instead of greeting you and asking to hold. The just throw you on hold. Been place on hold over 25 min constantly without saying anything. I understand being busy but at least acknowledge the customer

I've never gone to this Walgreens Pharmacy and had a seamless transaction. It takes 2-3 phone calls to get them to actually fill your script they will say they don't have it or never received it and the different techs stories never align. (If you don't have it, maybe let the customer know?) it's always a hassle to work with them. Have often been told to get over the counter meds instead of the techs filling behind the counter. Well I have a 1yr old, so there is a reason the doctor is sending a special prescription for the techs to fill. it's evident most do not care about you as a customer/patient. I've been having issues with this location and the other Walgreens on Garth since i moved here a year and a half ago. I'm so done. And I'm writing this same review for the other location. Walgreens Pharmacy has continuously gone down hill as the years have gone on. I've been a customer for a long time but I'm fed up. Hopefully CVS has techs who care.

Friendly staff, great experience. Shout outs to Jessica and Lola for being so sweet during my visit. The lady at the front desk was nice as well.

If I could give it a zero Stars I would the lady pharmacist on nights is absolutely horrible very rude she told me one excuse to not give me my prescription made me come back and then refuse it again she's the absolute worst

1 star isn’t low enough for the lack of service from this pharmacy. Leaves you on hold forever, keeps picking up and putting you on hold without ever speaking to you, only to be hung up on. No help!

Wish I could give zero. This is THE WORST WALGREENS I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been on the phone waiting all day to get scripts filled. 11am they were sent in and it’s 9pm. Now they won’t even pick up.

I want to shared my experience to raise awareness.Some of the pharmacy staff members have zero customer service skills.They answer the phone like if they are in their home.The background noise is ridiculous loud due to the radio playing. I went to the pharmacy Nov 25th and my medication was not ready. I told the lady please get it ready and I will pick it up tomorrow because it was too long the wait time. Next day I went to pick up my medicine and the medicine was not ready. Not enough, the pharmacy staff member gave me an attitude because I told her speak louder I can't hear you the intercom is not working. She went to call her coworker and i was able to read her body language that was not pleasant. They both did not want to call my insurance and lied to me saying my insurance do not cover my prescription. I knew she was lying but I paid because I needed the medication. When I called my insurance the customer service explained me that the pharmacy never call for my prescription.My insurance had to call them and request a reimbursement. I went to get my money back. I tried to put in a complaint and the supervisor told me to call the manager.The manager never answer his phone.Today is December 1st and I'm calling in to ensure my other medication is ready. A different staff answer the phone with a nasty attitude. I asked to share the name of the prescription to ensure that they are the correct ones and all you can hear is attitude. When I ask for her name. She like the other one refused to provide it. This pharmacy used to call the clients when their medication were ready. These new staff group need better training. They do not care for the pharmacy reputation or the client needs. We need change and immediately.

After being in hold for going on 8 minutes. The itinerary is answered and all that's is said, thank you for calling Walgreens pharmacy please hold and click. Back to beyond in good and listening to elevator music. (80s pop would be great ) Hmm... I think that's just rude. This is my 2nd place I hate calling to. Domino's is the 1st!! ?
