I've never gone to this Walgreens Pharmacy and had a seamless transaction. It takes 2-3 phone calls to get them to actually fill your script they will say they don't have it or never received it and the different techs stories never align. it's always a hassle to work with them. Have often been told to get over the counter meds instead of the techs filling behind the counter. Well I have a 1yr old, so there is a reason the doctor is sending a special prescription for the techs to fill. There are a couple good techs, but it's evident most do not care about you as a customer/patient. I've been having issues with this location and the other Walgreens on Garth since i moved here a year and a half ago. I'm so done. And I'm writing this same review for the other location. Walgreens Pharmacy has continuously gone down hill as the years have gone on. I've been a customer for a long time but I'm fed up. Hopefully CVS has techs who care.

The pharmacy is a joke! The Dr. sent a script over at 9:30a on 10/25/23. I went to pick it up at 2:40p. the next day, they said they didn't order it because they didn't have the insurance info. Are you serious? If someone had just called me, I could have given them the info. Instead, my aunt had to go without her very much needed injection. This location (pharmacy only) needs serious help and / or training.

Over charge you. Prices not ringing up correct. Luis got mad when attention called to the issue. Very rude, disrespectful and he crossed the line. If there was a negative button I would give a negative review.

Kinda upset I dropped off a prescription and when I went to pick it up hours later they told me they didn’t fill it due to not having my second insurance on file which no one called me to tell me this I simply could’ve gave them that info over the phone.upset now my daughters has to go a day without her anti depressants. I showed up right at 6 so they were about to close up. I would rate them a 0 if I could.

Twice they didn't tell me in advance my prescription was not going to be ready on time, when I called and asked I was told it was in backorder and now I'm running trying to find a pharmacy who can have in stock on time. I could give 0 stars if it would let me.

Today I placed an online, same-day delivery, through the Walgreens app. When I receivedmy order, which was timely as expected, I was missing 2 items that were listed on my receipt and online, in-app order. I called the Door Dash driver (Walgreens uses Door Dash as a 3rd party delivery system.) I was directed to Walgreens customer service, directed to Door Dash customer service, then finally called the local Walgreens store to speak with management. All reps involved were informatice and kind, just no resolve. SO, Ms. Articia, the store manager, personally spoke to me with such understanding and offered great customer service to right the wrong! She got the remainder of my order delivered right away. Thank you again so much Ms. Articia for making real customer service a great value.

I called this location to fill a prescription for my father. The first lady I spoke to was so kind and nice. I wish I would have gotten her name. The 2nd time i called back to give them my dad's insurance information, I spoke to the pharmacist. She said her name was something that starts with the letter D. She was so rude. First of all She didn't want to accept the Rxbin information over the phone. My dad is elderly and it would have been an issue at the drive thru if he would have to bring it to them. Also, he would have had to wait for the approval. I thoight i qould eliminate issues and call back qith the information. This pharmacist was rude and ugly. I couldnt understand her because of her acceenr. Her tone was very condescending. I've actually been inside this store about a month ago and heard her yelling at a customer that was in the drive thru. The customer asked her why was she being so rude and nasty. She said, " I've been explaining this to you several times and your not understanding.... " I'm hoping Management does something about this pharmacist. People wouldn't go there if they didn't have to. I'm very sure I'm not the only one that's experienced this mean lady. This is unnecessary. I'm very disappointed in how Walgreens allows her to stay around. I guess you're short handed and she's the only one to work. So sad.

Showed up 9:45 to get medicine desperately needed and they already locked the door and wouldn’t let anyone in …15 mins to close… this store has the worst customer service of any Walgreens I’ve ever been to.

Don’t ever get your meds here! Don’t do it?! The Pharmacy employees are all rude. Drive thru & inside store. They don’t know what they’re doing & when asked a question they get ? ? Whenever they charged me for two extra meds & I tried to explain their mistake they got the manager involved. All they had to do is listen to me & not charged me. They didn’t want to deal with it. Very unprofessional? And no it’s not the Dr. fault. But hopefully somebody does something about it. No wonder there’s nobody at the lines. I’d rather wait an hour elsewhere & get awesome service then coming here. Hope this helps???

There are at least 6-7 employees here and only one person working the window and desk. I just needed to pick up a prescription and it took me 30+ minutes

No long lines at the time but when they do have then usually move pretty quick.
