My buddy came and got some highblood pressure bills for $80. I found out he can go to heb and get the same meds for $34.99!!! Big difference. That’s with no health insurance!!!

How long does it take to get someone to come to the drive through window for a Covid test? Answer: at least 15 minutes! We never got tested. We left after the long ass wait. Went inside anti chew them outside and no one around, customers in line waiting. My mother in law is in the hospital intubated so we really wanted to get tested. Go somewhere else. The pharmacy staff thinks it's a party inside.

The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. I work for insurance company and member called us to get her medications refilled because they put her on hold for 2 time periods of 15 minutes before hanging up on her and she really needed her medications badly. Once I called I was hung up on 3 times after being on hold for over 10 minutes each time. She tried to do it a 4th time but I had literally beg her not to put me back on hold again. A grievance has been filed against this pharmacy for basically refusing to refill a customers medications.

One of the worst pharmacy I ever had to deal with. Their people skills are not at the level where they need to be to truly be a carrying pharmacy. If I had the opportunity the star would be NO STARS.

I went to get a passport photo. I had a wait...they were not that busy with customers, but they felt like customers could wait. One gentlemen waited at the counter for awhile and then decided to just leave. The girl took my photo and stuck it in the machine but did not come back for awhile. She waited on another customer...she then checked my picture in the machine....she then got busy with some boxes and passed me off to someone. Not sure the other girl knew what she was doing. The first girl had already adjusted the size of my photo to fit the guides. The second girl blew it up even more and she cut off the top of my head...it was flat...she then cropped out some of my hair with a photo editing tool. It did not look right. The other came back and told her it was too large and left again. I thought she was going to redo it but she just printed it out like that. I was there for probably 1/2 hour just to get this done. Went across the street...was in and out in 5 mins...got a much better photo and it cost less. Go figure?!

Do not purchase the Houston Chronicle here. The coupons were removed from my early Sunday edition and from the paper Iï¸ purchased this afternoon.
