I called this location to fill a prescription for my father. The first lady I spoke to was so kind and nice. I wish I would have gotten her name. The 2nd time i called back to give them my dad's insurance information, I spoke to the pharmacist. She said her name was something that starts with the letter D. She was so rude. First of all She didn't want to accept the Rxbin information over the phone. My dad is elderly and it would have been an issue at the drive thru if he would have to bring it to them. Also, he would have had to wait for the approval. I thoight i qould eliminate issues and call back qith the information. This pharmacist was rude and ugly. I couldnt understand her because of her acceenr. Her tone was very condescending. I've actually been inside this store about a month ago and heard her yelling at a customer that was in the drive thru. The customer asked her why was she being so rude and nasty. She said, " I've been explaining this to you several times and your not understanding.... "I'm hoping Management does something about this pharmacist. People wouldn't go there if they didn't have to. I'm very sure I'm not the only one that's experienced this mean lady. This is unnecessary. I'm very disappointed in how Walgreens allows her to stay around. I guess you're short handed and she's the only one to work. So sad.

Went in to drop off my prescription and the pharmacy technician Breeanna, was very rude. I asked her how long it would take. She replied sarcastically, "Mam, we have other patients to attend to, you're not the only one in line." Then went on to say it'll take 15 minutes. Came back 15 minutes later just to be disrespected again. They give a promised time of 15 minutes to every patient, even though each prescription take about 3-4 hours. She made it seem like I was a bother and a waste of time. All Staff in pharmacy is on their phones 24/7, texting. I heard the pharmacist ask a new technician do all of his work, so he could "send a few texts". Customers in and out every day buying syringes for heroine injection. Bathrooms always closed because heroine injectors leave needles in the bathroom and staff doesn't want or care to call anyone to clean it up.
