The wait time was minimal, the girl who help me was prompt, very informative, she was friendly and bubbly, she answered all my questions and knew her job well and how to discuss the importance of each leases. She gets 2 thumbs up. Awesome experience.

I had my exam at a TSO. I purchased the glasses here. I have been using Visionworks for over 20 years even back when it was called Eyemaster's. I usually go to the Visionworks in the Clear Lake area but decided to go here because almost every store I went to did not have my size frames.I picked two out. Paid over $1,000 for two pair which is a great deal and when they arrived I couldn't see with them. I had a TSO person look at the exam and they said that it was the wrong Rx. Ugh I went back to Visionworks and they sent them back having to redo them. When I tried them again... One pair I couldn't see anything out of them. The other pair I could see 75% out of it. I decided to have the Rx checked again by three separate TSO places. Where I had the exam done... They lied to me. The other TSO places both said that not only are both glasses the wrong Rx but one is not progressive, which I paid for. Also they said that the two glasses are not the same Rx. So not only did they mess up the Rx but the two glasses do not have the same Rx vision... Which makes sense since I can see somewhat out of one pair and not at all out of the other pair. I never had any issues in the Clear Lake, Katy, Kingwood, Woodlands, and Houston areas. I was able to get a refund for one of the glasses. Since I can see somewhat out of the other pair.. I will have to use it until I get another eye exam from another place other than TSO and not in this area. The staff was frustrated and I understand why because this is odd. They don't make the glasses there so the fault is not really theirs. They did look at the Rx and used their indicators and stated that the glasses match the Rx... Which is false because I had them tested at two other TSO places in Houston and one here. The TSO here straight up lied to me and stated that both pairs matched the Rx and were identical. Crazy how crooked people are.Good thing I paid with my credit card... Had I paid cash.. They said that they would have to mail me a check because they never refund anyone in CASH. Sooo my refund was placed back on my credit card within 24 hours.
